What a great experience ! Our shower was 43 yrs. Olb. Thank goodness we found Mad City Windows. & Bath !! they met all our needs, we. Have a beautiful shower now ! Job was finished in about 9 hrs... fantastic. Installers were great and left a spotless bathroom. Definitely would highly recommend.!

Excellent customer service! Approximately two months after installation, I found two small tears in the shower liner. I had expected for the service team to send someone to “patch” the problem, but they went way beyond my expectations and replaced the entire wall within 1 day! I really appreciate them standing by their product. Their product will not be the cheapest, but after working with their support team, I am confident about my decision to use Mad City for my shower replacement.

The whole process was so easy. All our questions were answered and customer service was great. The work was done quickly and well. The workers were friendly and polite. We are very pleased with the quality.

Until recently, I have had experiences with major home improvement companies that ranged from minimally satisfactory to frustratingly poor, and was confronted with finding a company to correct the disastrous tub-to-walk-in shower conversion performed, twice, by one of the largest companies of its kind. I approached the sales presentation with Mad City with a more-than-healthy dose of skepticism, but found that my concerns were allayed, and my fears of yet another disappointment were put aside, as my shower installation (my third in as many months) was completed professionally, respectfully, thoroughly, and ahead of schedule. My faith has been restored, in that I am again aware that there are companies that maintain a customer-centric approach, honor their commitments, provide quality materials, and perform thier trade with skill, precision, and pride.

We are very satisfied with our bathroom shower. Sam arrived at the specified time and was very professional in his attitude and his workmanship. After installation he cleaned up his mess leaving the room spotless.

We've worked with Mad City to replace 6 windows total in our home now. Most recently, we had them replace a large picture window in my living room and we're very happy with the results. The salesman we've worked with has been very knowledgeable and honest. In fact, he's talked me out of replacing a few small windows in my home that I really dislike because the cost to make them as large as I would want would be insanely high and would not add any actual value to my home. He sat and debated the pros and cons with me and answered every question that popped into my head on two separate occasions. In the interest of full transparency, we've had some small snafus with scheduling. Twice, a date has been set and I had furniture moved and ready and they called the morning of the appointment and had to change it. It seems like the scheduling dept is not on the same page with the teams that actually install the windows all of the time. Overall though, I'm very pleased with our experience.

I recently had Mad City Windows and Bath do a gut rehab on my entirely disgusting bathroom. It is now the showcase of the home. The contractor was courteous, professional, prompt, communicative, and above all else, knowledgeable and got the job done very well. I'm extremely happy with Mad City, especially since this is the 2nd time I've used them. The first time was for windows, which turned out beautiful!!

Mad City Windows exceeded my expectations! They promptly arrived. Their representatives were courteous, knowledgeable and very patient with my many questions. The installers also arrived as scheduled l. They were fast and they treated my home with respect, cleaning up afterwards. When my collie puppy managed to damage my window screen, the company quickly replaced the screen at no cost to me. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work!!!

Alex B infatuated installed shower for Kristie Williams. He was great, no complaints. The price was high for what you get but we wanted lifetime warranty. A trim piece was needed because our ceilings are high. There wasn't a choice and the trim looks plastic and cheap in my opinion. But nothing we could do. I also didn't like the dated look of the shower door options. The price we paid didn't include glass door, we are installing a different one. Ithink they could use some updating on products but happy to have an easy to clean shower that doesn't leak! And no grout, yeah!!!

Mad City did a bathroom remodel for us a couple weeks ago. They had all the materials we ordered and worked diligently to get the job completed. The installer (Oscar) was very professional and answered our questions throughout the day. The finished product was beautiful and we have had many compliments! It was a great install. They kept everything very clean from laying tarps down on our floors, to picking up all scraps both inside and out. He was very friendly and our new shower is BEAUTIFUL! Definitely recommend Mad City!

My two new windows were installed last week by Mad City. The product is warranted even if I sell my house to different buyers. The installers were very efficient and timely. They even cleaned up after the construction inside and out! Thank you David and Austin for your work and appreciating my home.
