We recently had all the windows in our house replaced through Mad City. We were so impressed with the entire experience, from sales to completion! The windows are amazing quality, and we could tell a difference in our house within an hour of getting home. And in an old, slightly off kilter house, I am so thankful that Mad City builds all their windows to fit the house, instead of trying to force the house to accept a pre-built window! The difference in the temperature of our rooms, and even the noise level that gets through the house is crazy. Blake N. and his team were awesome as well for the install - they worked incredibly hard to get all the windows swapped out as quickly as possible, and did an excellent job. They were fast, thorough, polite and professional, and I appreciate the work they did! It was so nice to have them take care of everything from install to clean up, and just be able to arrive to perfect new windows. I would absolutely recommend Mad City to anyone looking for window replacement or upgrades!

Very pleased with the product. Kenny did an excellent job! But the 1 day installation turned into a week. A lot of unnecessary excuses were made for the delay. We understand that unavoidable circumstances happen, but we didn't need to hear excuses. We also had to do some finishing work that was missed (replacing access panel and cleaning up around it, caulking small gaps in the floor that were missed). We didn't like the fact that we had to call to arrange for someone to come to do the finishing work on the floor, after waiting 5 days for someone to contact us.

Mad City hit above the plumb line. They delivered an excellent product in a timely manner with excellent customer service. They were attentive to every detail. I would highly recommend them. I received quotes Fri Three other window manufacturers before going with them and now I’m happy I did!

Mad City did an outstanding job to install the bath option for a senior. We now have a safe bath for my mother that is just beautiful . The process for sales to the final inspection was very professional . We would highly recommend.

Justin was the salesperson who came to our house and he impressed us with the product and detail work Mad City does. Lon was our installer for this project and plumber Dave came in for the detailed plumbing work. Our project was not going to be an easy project removing the liner and the old tub. But Lon kept at it until I told him he had to stop for the day at 7:30 pm. Lon, as planned, came back the next day at 7:30 am and finished the project by noon. I would have to say that Lon never stopped working for any breaks and he laid down cover cloth to keep the walkways clean. The project is now finished and now comes the hard part of waiting for everything to set up properly. We can use the shower in 24 hours, but adding any weight to the shelves needs to wait 48 hours. We are so happy that we chose Mad City for our bathroom remodeling job. Now my wife wants the kitchen done and see what magic they can do for us. Thank you, Mad City and all its personnel for doing such a great job! We appreciate the great work you do!

Great to work with. Wanted to keep our business after finding other quotes. Warranty is lifetime and transferrable once. Quick install and everyone was nice. I would recommend them to anyone else.

Mad City employees did an amazing job, not rushing through it. My window and door turned out perfect. They cleaned up when they done and went over and showed me how easy I could take the window apart and clean it. Showed me the customer service number and 💯 guarantee. They were so polite. Love my new window and door.

Mr Wyatt was very professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and helped me figure out the best placement for the shelves and handle bars.

The entire process went very smoothly with us being provided plenty of information to make clear decisions. The communication was excellent from all involved partied and Paul replaced out windows quickly and mindfully! We intend to use them again in the future as well.

We contacted Mad City for an oversized tub and updated shower and couldn’t be happier with our decision. After the hour plus presentation on how these tubs are custom made and their positive health features, we bit the bullet and placed the order. The panels and tub are measured to fit (like a black leather glove) and our installer did an amazing job! The price was a little more than expected (yes, they have financing) and (this is not your big box tub quality or price by no means) if you want a great product, get their quote. You will see why we and many others went with them.

Everything went so smoothly. The worker was very nice and easy to work with. My kitchen is beautiful and I absolutely love it!

Jason Huff did a good job with our shower install. There was one miscommunication about keeping our old shower door/panel, but the error was fixed. Was more expensive than we planned, but overall so far happy with the work.
