MacXprts - Madison

This may be an ok spot to purchase, but do not, under any circumstances, bring anything here for repair. The owner has not a clue how to run a business. I don't even know where to start. He is unprofessional and sloppy. His reasons for not returning phone calls, opening the store, and responding to problems included: "I was sick", "I was on vacation," and "I forgot." The store sometimes isn't open during it's posted business hours. Sometimes it's open and no one's there (literally, on one visit I wandered the entire store, including behind the customer area and was in the middle of writing a note saying I had taken my computer when the guy came back from wherever he was.) He does not answer the phone, return calls when he says he will, or finish things on time. He forgets he ordered parts, returns them to the supplier, and has no idea what you're talking about when you call to find out if your part is in. It is beyond amazing. The worst service I have ever experienced, bar none. Unfortunately, if you have a warranty repair and are in Madison, there's here and the mall unless you want to drive to McFarland. I didn't want to haul my computer through the mall and this place is convenient to where I work, which is why I chose it. Save yourself some time and headaches. Go to the mall or drive to McFarland.
