+ -1 moreI wanted a small but full bath off of a small bedroom in the lower level of my house. In late October of 2011 I accepted bids from several companies and I liked Charles and I liked his bid. We started planning and selecting vanity, sink, etc. Charles made helpful suggestions (with an eye to my budget) and suffered graciously through several mind changes. Charles started the work on 11/21/11 and did some final, finishing touches on 1/5/12. I wanted the bathroom ready for use by 12/21/11 and it was! Charles was very discerning and down-right protective in his choice of subcontractors. He always put down carpet protection and cleaned-up during and very thoroughly upon completion. Overall, this couldn't have gone more smoothly. Charles is just really a nice guy who takes a great deal of pride in his work.
Description of Work: Charles did all the carpentry and hire and supervised the subcontractors: painter, dry waller, plumber, electrician and tile installer. Charles provided clear directives to the subcontractor, whom I paid directly (included in the $7500).
