Kwik Kill did a great job! They showed up promptly when they said the would, went right to work and did a thorough job but didn't take too long. The process and results were exactly as they said it would be.

We were so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the company and Brianna. She arrived on time, surveyed the home and shared her knowledge with us so we could learn and understand her recommendations. She was also extremely patient with our 6 year old who was fascinated by this process. We called back with some follow up questions a few days after the treatment. She came back, explained more to us and set up some odor treatments for us. We will be using their yearly service for carpenter ants for sure.

Work was done quickly and professionally.

I have used Kwik Kill Pest Control since they began as a Father and Son establishment several years ago. Initially I called them each time I needed a service ( mice or ants choosing to live in my home rather than outdoors, bees nesting under deck, wasp nest, etc. ). I now live in a Condo and for the past two years have had the 'Home Protection Program' wherein I receive four (4) treatments per year and the Plan offers guaranteed year-round protection. My daughter also uses their services on an 'as-needed' bases for 'uninvited' critters who prefer to live in her home rather than in their natural habitat outdoors. Great reliable service.

They do a wonderful job, always let me know when they are coming and check to see if I have any specific problems for them to look at. The people who service my house are all great as well. I would recommend this company.

Ryan came over, right within the expected window. He was very professional and examined all the beds and couches in our home. No bed bugs were found.

i scheduled a service call for them for June 22nd at 2PM to investigate and close off entry points for mice.. At the time of scheduling i told Nick that Wednesday wasn't the best day because i needed to leave my home by 4pm. He told me that the service would take two hours at the most and they would be at my home by 2pm and try to be gone by 4pm and if they weren't they would do the outside things last so i could secure my home and leave.. I needed to take off work to be there for this appointment. At 2:14 they still hadn't arrived and so I called to confirm they were coming. My call was returned at 2:16 and Nick told me that the technician would be to my home in 25 - 30 minutes. At 2:56 I called Nick to tell him that the technician still hadn't arrived. He said she was 2 minutes away and just finishing up another job. At 3:27 pm the technician called me (very professional) and explained that she was 10 minutes away and did I still want her to come. I told her that I did not want a hurried job and she tried to assure me that she could be finished inside my home by 4pm. Needless to say, I wasn't convinced the services could be performed in twenty minutes when I was originally told "we will try to be out in two hours" so I canceled the service call. Too bad because I prefer to use family run businesses.

I hated that I was unable to treat my ant problem with natural home remedies. But there were so many ants and my young son was crawling amongst them on the floor. After my phone call, a staff member came to my home and treated the inside of my house promptly. When the weather became warmer, they gave me a phone call and came to my house later that week to spray the outside of my home. Two weeks later, I still had LOTS of ants in my home. The manager visited my house, took a look around and asked to see my basement. He looked around the unfinished portion of our basement. He asked permission to pull back the insulation and he discovered rotting wood/severe water damage. Without him (or without the ants, really), we never would have known that we were having water damage. I felt that he went above and beyond and helped identify the root cause rather than just keep offering to come back and spray.

No further action was required beyond the provider's suggestion made over the phone. It turned out the raccoon was just there for the one day, and was gone the next. There was a hole in the old porch concrete which I patched. No animals will be able to use it as a living place.

Kwik Kill has competitive prices and great service. They kept our home pest free, and boy do we have the spiders and other flying critters all summer living near the lake. No noxious smell or residue on windows. They always let us know when they were coming and when the treatment was complete. No worries with Kwik Kill

We heard mice in the attic. We called this company. They baited the attic and also inspected the exterior of our home to find out how the mice got in there. They filled some gaps in the siding and we never heard from the mice again. Highly recommend.

I didn’t meet the guy and my husband did, but it was effective. We have no spiders. We will probably call them again in the spring.

The service is good. We have used them before for an emergency situation. We liked their work and we have had them out since then. The only problem is that they don't call before, so they need to make another trip. They are very responsive when there is an emergency situation.

This a very good, reliable and reputable company. The price is a bit high as I found compared to others that would have done a !X call for $185. Overall I am satisfied that they came treated for big wasp nest and removed.

When I bought my house my Dad found mice dropping in the basement. For years I had set traps and caught 5-7 mice per year. For me 1 mouse is one too many. My neighbor suggested I try Kwik Kill. These guys are EXPERTS! Who knew that mice chew through your insulation under the siding?!? In the fall I have them plug up the holes that the mice make. And I have 2 bait traps that they check every month. Since I have had these guys come I have not seen any mice in my house!! Only 1 dead mouse outside of my house! I will use this company as long as I live in this house. They are smart, courteous and just a wonderful company.

It went really well. The guys who come out here are so nice and always call first. I would recommend them to any family and friends.

Kwik Kill was very responsive. They were willing to come the same day I called. They showed up when they said they would, did the work as described. The problem seems to be fixed, but they will come back shortly for a re-treatment if needed.

The provider set up an appointment within a day or two of our call. The provider arrived at our home on time and stayed about 40 minutes. The provider did a thorough inspection of our home and responded appropriately. While it has only been four days, our mouse problem appears to be resolved. (Let's hope!) Within a day of his visit we received the Angie's List periodical in the mail. The provider had an ad in the periodical offering a $25 discount to Angie's List members for work exceeding $150. I called the provider and asked for a price adjustment. The provider was very courteous and sent me a check for $25 the next day. I was favorably impressed.

It went great, and super fast! Took a few days before they were all gone but whatever they did, did the trick. They were very personable as well. A tad pricey but with bees you can't mess around.

We well have them come every fall when the mice look for winter housing. The mice are gone, the tenants are happy. We are happy.

Kwik Kill did a great job treating our house for wasps and yellow jackets! We had been having lots of trouble and discovered the nests behind shutters on our upper level. My husband called Kwik Kill on Monday and Tuesday afternoon Ryan was at our house treating the problem. Love the fast service. Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional and quick. He even climbed out our bedroom window to treat some nests he couldn't reach from the ground! Wasps were dying before he even left the house. I would recommend Kwik Kill to anyone who needed pest control!

We had been hearing some loud noises in our attic for a couple weeks. Since it is difficult to get into our attic, we hadn't tried to deal with the problem ourselves. Bob came and took a look at what he could see in our attic, though he didn't go into it (I don't blame him - there is a lot of insulation and not a lot of overhead). He threw bait pellets into several spots in the attic. He then took a look on the outside of the house to find possible entry points. He blocked two holes where he thought the mice might have gotten in, and pointed out that, though there was no sign that they had gotten into the house, there was definitely signs that raccoons were living in the yard and there was a pathway that they could exploit in the future. He was professional and came off as very competent. We haven't had a problem since.

It went well. They worked around my dogs and they did a good job or at least it apperas that way because the ants and wasps are gone.
