+ -1 moreAll the work was done expertly; the sub-contractors were on site when they were supposed to be. All the work was completed within a month. He had to arrange for and coordinate the work of plumbers, electricians, cabinet designers, plasterers, sheet metal workers, and the installation of the counter tops, flooring, and microwave. We asked to have some additional work done after we signed the contract; that's the only reason the final cost was higher than the original estimate.
Description of Work: Served as General Contractor and did all the carpentry work on the remodeling of our kitchen, and replacement of the heat lamp/fan in our bathroom. In the process of doing the carpentry work he tore out all the old cabinets, installed all the new ones, moved the clothes chute from where it was to where we wanted it, and built two new shelves for one of the cabinets to work around the new clothes chute,
