We use them all the time. They are fine. They are very quick and that is their good point. We have been using them for years.

Over the past five years they have ruined blouses, sweaters,returned things unwashed, with food on them, unmarked for stains, with profuse amounts of dog hair, etc. Over time of have shrugged my shoulders and forgiven them. The last time I brought a sweater in and begged the manager not to ruin it. At the same time I brought in a wool blanket and showed the food and pet hair on the blanket. At 5 pm that same day I returned to the store to retrieve my items -- my sweater was shrunken and ruined - -the blanket was in THE SAME condition as I left it. When I mentioned it to the man working, he told me that they are so busy dealing with all the clothes they have (he said, gesturing to all the clothes hanging in the store) that they don't have time to check mine. I assure you, as a business owner, I would never say that to a customer. Ever. After all the clothes that have been ruined as well as the attitude, I am done. Totally done.

The overall experience is good. We have been going there for 25 years, and will continue to do so.

Suit came back with lint, but I'm not sure if that's avoidable or not. One dress shirt came back with strange creases on the front, and the other two still had visible spots, the reason I had brought them in. I brought the three shirts back and pointed out the problems, and they agreed to clean them again at no additional charge. When I picked them up a second time, I found the first shirt had a different crease now in a similar, visible location. The other two shirts still had the spots! I checked the shirts right away this time and when I pointed out the problems to the attendant at the desk, she called a woman from the back to come look at it. She told me she would give the spots special attention. Why didn't they do that already? I picked the shirts up for the third time at the end of the day. The first shirt was now ironed correctly, and the spot on one of the shirts was gone, but the third shirt still had visible spots, though now with a note saying that was the best they could do. (I would have been happy if this was the outcome the first time I picked them up, rather than the third.)
