Description of Work: They were very polite and on time. They were courteous and they did a great job. They have been out twice. They have replaced windshields for us and fill in a stone ding for us. They also called and follow up as well.

Description of Work: I left my car to have a chip in the windshield repaired. Several hours later they called to tell me the repair could not be made. Apparently the new chip was at the same site they repaired previously. They should have looked at the chip when I dropped the car off and told me this.

Description of Work: car was damaged during install. had to take it to a body shop for repair. Car is a new infiniti. had to make repeated calls to get work done. and was given a cheap loaner car. which I was charged 20 dollars for. why would I be charged for a loaner when the company damaged my car.

 + -1 moreMy wife and I arrived for a scheduled Service Appointment - work on the vehicle was begun immediately. Relatives took us out for a meal and when we returned at the scheduled pick-up time, the vehicle was ready and the paper work all ready for processing. Both the Technician and the Secretary were very helpful, friendly and professional. We have had absolutely no problems arising from the installation, no peripheral damage during installation and it is almost impossible to tell that that it is not the original windshield. I would not hesitate to refer this facility to anyone needing auto glass service .

They even had wi-fi in their comfortable waiting room, and offered free soft drinks and bottled water. WeAltogether it was as good an experience as one could wish.

Description of Work: I called around for quotes on replacing the windshield on my 2009 Lincoln MKZ - I did NOT want the glass that Safelite manufactures as I understand it is thinner than the OEM glass. So the quotes were all done on OEM. Klein Dickert, who my son-in-law Matt recommended due to their high quality and professionalism came in with the best price - I was delighted!!! From the nice lady I spoke with on Monday who scheduled my service appointment to the tech Steve who came out to my home (no travel fee or service fee for that!) that Wednesday, everything occurred on time, and for the exact price I was quoted. Steve was friendly and efficient - my car looks fabulous!!
