Description of Work: JC Premier Seal looked at my driveway. His opinion was that my driveway was past seal coating and needed to be recapped. He said he would be happy to do whatever I wanted, but his opinion was I really needed a recap. I appreciated his honesty. He was also prompt, courteous and I will use his services after my driveway is recapped.

Description of Work: When JC originally called me about the "deal", I requested that it be done in August or September. We had some trouble coordinating dates and part of this was because of rainy weather. JC came to my house and said because I had an apron (extra driveway space) that it would cost about $50.00 more and I said I understood that. He gave me a verbal estimate of approx. $239.00. We also talked about filling in the cracks, but no mention of an additional fee was discussed. I feel this was a miscommunication on both sides. The day that JC and his crew came and did the work, I was pleased. Until he charged me an additional $210.00 on top of the $189.00. The lesson I learned was to get an estimate up front with every thing spelled out. I did pay the total fee since the work was done. I am not sure I would use him again. During our talk about the additional fee, JC said he was running into this with other customers too. I thought to myself that maybe he should have learned to be more upfront with his fees, since I wasn't the only one who complained.

It is clear in the big deal what customers are paying for, it states in the big deal, details of big deal 500sf is what you are buying and any additional sf the customers are responsible for extra sf of your driveway @ $0.25 a sf, the deal also states up to 50 linear feet of cracks are included, any additional linear feet the customers are responsible for paying if they decide to do extra work . The deal is stated what customers are buying and any additional work is optional and up to the customer if they want to spend more for additional serves. It is unfortunately that some customers do not read what the deals they are buying and expect the more than what they bought. All driveways have a different sf, this is why some driveways are covered under the 500sf and some driveways are not covered under the 500 sf that the big deal states. We are a A rated company because Premier Seal thrives to make sure are customers are happy and satisfied with are work and customers relations. Premier seal

Description of Work: Crack fill and Seal coat of Asphalt Driveway done today. Prep of surface and cracks, hot seal cracks, Slury-coat alligator cracked areas and apply seal-coating. Attention to detail was very good, neat and clean. Good quality application and materials. Will use again when time requires.
