We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor.

The design process was awesome. It was mind-blowing to see the various options on our house. We ended up choosing an updated look that we hadn't imagined. We needed to delay installation until after winter, but it was done promptly in February in only 2 days. Staff was courteous and checked in with us throughout the project to follow up. We are extremely happy with the end-product. It looks like a brand new home, but still blends in with the older homes around us. I will recommend Infinity to friends and neighbors.

I was always informed on the status of the job from supplies order to the actual work. Communication was excellent. Work crews and PM were both excellent.

I met Infinity Exteriors for a quote and was extremely satisfied with the experience and quote overall! Russell and Antonio were timely, professional, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and very informative. I must say Antonio’s communication and interpersonal skills helped ‘seal the deal’! Russell was exceptional in advancing my understanding of the siding planning process and installation. Their quote exceeded my expectations, and they were outstanding in discussing WITH me a home improvement plan that met my vision. Their quote has made it possible for me to accomplish another project in my wish list! Russell’s knowledge and design advice of siding and trims, etc. inspired me, I’m actually excited vs. nervous to pursue the project. As a BIPOC woman, I felt respected, seen, heard, and comfortable with Antonio and Russell’s consultation. Most importantly all my questions were answered, clarified and advanced my understanding. I look forward to continuing the installation projects. I am at peace and confident in our forthcoming work together.

It was a pleasure working with the staff at Infinity Exteriors. Matt Olson/Project Manager was very friendly and very informative of the process to get the job done. They worked around another project that was going on at the same time. The installers were very friendly and they did a beautiful job installing the Versetta Stone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

There are not enough positive words to say regarding our experience with Infinity Exteriors. They came recommended to us by a neighbor so we decided to discuss our roofing and siding project with them. We were impressed right from the beginning. Our primary point of contact (Vin Daniels) was professional and great to work with! The Infinity "process" is extremely detailed where nothing is left to chance. Communication was critical for us and Infinity was flawless on this point. I can also not say enough about the roof team and the siding team. The crews were extremely hard working and professional. Additionally they kept the mess to a minimum, cleaning up every night, and were very respectful of our surrounding neighbor's property. All in all this was as well run a project as we have every been involved with an don't see how it could have gone any better! The changes to our house are dramatic, with many people stopping by to convey how great the changes are.

Infinity was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael, who did our estimate, took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process. The crew who replaced the roof did a great job and completed it in one day. The estimate was slightly higher then another company I called, but the extra steps taken, and the transferable warranty, made that decision very easy. I am a Realtor, so having a transferable warranty is a huge plus, when the time comes to sell. Chad, the project manager was easy to get in touch with and made sure I was happy with the finished project. I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Gave us the most reasonable prices and using the highest quality materials. Their approach was professional start to finish. Vin Daniels was the rep we worked with and he made every project stress-free. The results are amazing and we have already recommended Infinity and Vin to several others. We are very satisfied!

Initial visit and quote went well. Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote on the spot. Took nearly 3 weeks from acceptance of contract to paperwork being complete and work scheduled. Seemed a bit long since there was already a signed contract. Work started about 1 week after paperwork was completed. Dumpster was delivered a day early (on a Sunday), and the company dropping it off cracked my driveway. If I had known about the early delivery, I could have helped choose a drop off location that eliminated any chance for damage to the driveway. Work was supposed to take 3 actual days on-site, ended up taking 5 actual days. Rain further delayed things, but that is unavoidable and not on Infinity in any way. Quality of work was excellent when complete. Crew could have done a better job fitting the skylight, as they cut away more drywall than was needed to install it, but that was only a minor issue. Cleanup could have been better. Found a partial coil of nails in my parking spot, and a few loose nails in the yard between the house and the dumpster after work had been completed. Overall, the roof installation was very good, and the price was competitive with other roofers. The only negatives were the delays in starting the project, the cracked driveway, some minor disorganization during the project, and the less-than-perfect cleanup. I wouldn't have any reservation recommending them as long as you are willing to make a few calls to stay on top of when they will be starting the project and when they will be out each day to perform the work.

excellent work and responsiveness to changing needs

My request is described as follows: Hello, I live in Waterford & have an unidentified roof/window/siding leak. Source undetermined. Apparently it has been there for quite some time and has rotted wood in the garage attic, on the roof and under the siding of the upper level on one side of the house. Can you provide estimate for repair? When I spoke to Tami, she informed me that they do not repair siding. I told her my request may or may not involve roof/window/siding replacement or repairs. She offered to have someone come out and provide an estimate although the estimator is only available from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. I explained that I work during the day and asked if I could have the estimator come either before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. She said that was not an option. I then asked if I could make arrangements to have someone meet with the estimator during the estimator time frame. She said no, the homeowner would have to be present. I then told her I don't think Infinity can help me since they would not consider the siding aspect of my repair or allow any flexibility in the estimator time frame. She abruptly hung up.

Things started well, they arrived on time and set up to do the roof, it seemed as if they were taking precautions to protect our patio and house. Things really went downhill from there, especially with their professionalism. We filled a cooler with soda, water and Gatorade for the workers because it was a hot few days. I was picking up empty bottles in our bushes for months after the job. We also found cigarette butts on our sidewalk and in the flower gardens. No one living in the house is a smoker so the workers are the only place they could come from. We had just recently re-stained the deck and the workers left shingles laying on the surface in the hot sun and we now have tar permanently staining the deck where the shingles were left. There were also chunks of wood taken out of the railing of the deck, not sure how it happened, but it wasn?t there before the job. We had to call the company back more than once to complete what was written in the work order. On the final day of roofing I asked one of the workers if they had blocked off the airflow through the louver in the peak of our roof due to the ridge vent system that was installed. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and assured me it wasn?t necessary. Finally, I convinced him to read the original work order, which specifically stated this must be done, and he conceded to this. This led to the trap blocking the entrence to my attack being painted black with tarry finger prints. We had to call the company back numerous times to come out and fix mistakes and even after these visits we noticed large gaps where some of the siding met the roof on the upper level, they blamed this on the house being uneven and originally stated they were going to charge us more if we wanted it corrected. Uneven house or not the gaps weren?t there before they completed the roofing and it sure wasn?t water tight with them there. After they finally agreed to address this issue, it still isn?t correct. We paid a lot of money, twice as much as what a small privately owned company quoted us, because we decided to go with a well established professional. We still had to consistently deal with the type of annoyances we thought we were paying to avoid. It only got worse with the work crew that completed the soffit and fascia. It started when they showed up on the first day and had the wrong color for everything. So it was pushed back, after being delayed already. When the job was finally done we had to call this crew back out because every single nail used was left hanging out about ½?, not 1 or 2 nails, all of them. They also missed installing fascia on a bay window. When I called they told me on the phone that this was not part of the original work order and was an extra charge. So we paid to have the entire house finished with no maintenance soffit and fascia but that doesn?t include the bay window? When I pressed them to look it up, they found that once again I was right and it should have been done. We found even more trash in the bushes, lawn and driveway after that job was completed. Not small pieces, 4? x 6? chunks of metal and 3.5? long nails in the driveway and on the sidewalk. One of their guarantees is that the site would be cleaned up well. I can understand a scrap here and there, but I saw garbage lying in the flower garden and in the grass as I was pulling up in my driveway. It wasn?t something easily overlooked. The list really just goes on and on. Overall, I really question the work that was done and live with the fear of something failing. It is the combination of all these issues that gives me very little faith in the workmanship as a whole. We originally went with them to avoid this headache and all we really paid for was the constant wondering as to the quality of the workmanship. I haven?t listed all of the issues because it does start to get a little nitpicky. The problem is, one or two of these concerns could be taken in stride, but the list is really never ending and I have to stop somewhere. I keep reinforcing that all these issues were the types of things we tried to avoid by going with a larger, well established company. In hind sight we should have gone with the smaller, privately owned company where the individuals have a vested interest in your satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have advised many coworkers and friends against using them already.
