Description of Work: Hometown ended up doing nothing. I called to inquire about connecting our house to a new water main. The person I spoke with on a Friday said that he was interested in submitting a bid and would call on Monday. He didn't call nor did he ever return any of the phone messages I left. This wasted my time and I would much rather that he told me that he wasn't interested. I consider this unprofessional.

 + -1 moreBoth of the master plumbers did superb work which easily passed our village's plumbing inspection. The one surprise was the fact that the plumbers arrived on time despite having to travel 80 miles from Madison to the Milwaukee area during the morning rush hours. Jim, the owner and master plumber, was great at keeping us informed and coordinating his company's work with the countertop installation, the old dishwasher pickup and the delivery of the new dishwasher. I would recommend this plumbing firm without reservation.
Description of Work: We purchased new kitchen countertops, faucet, sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal from Home Depot, Grafton. Hometown Plumbing was the plumbing subcontractor for Home Depot Grafton. They disconnected the old equipment and installed the new dishwasher, new garbage disposal, new faucet, and connected the new kitchen sink drains. As indicated, I purchased all the major items and Hometown provided all the plumbing parts. One of Hometown's master plumbers did the disconnects and their other master plumber did the connections. Both individuals were professional, punctual and great to work with.
