I would recommend him. Ader Viloria was the name of the electrician that came out; he is really an electrical genius. He did fantastic work for me. He is really dedicated and conscientious. He is really skilled. He is efficient and very professional; he did the work in one day. He was very punctual. I thought he was an extraordinary person and a very competent electrician.

They were very knowledgeable and did a very nice job. They were attentive to the fact that we have an older kitchen and the initials things did not quite work out. They have given good advice about purchasing things for the kitchen.

I called Helping Hands Electric after finding their "Big Deal" offer on Angie's List. Ader responded to my voicemail message the same day, and was able to schedule an appointment 3 days later - the day after Xmas. He diagnosed our problem spots right away and set to work very quickly. The duct work throughout the house presented some frustrating challenges, but he came up with very creative solutions that ultimately saved us the cost of additional labor and materials. Ader maintains a very quick pace while he works! He is very thorough, and cleaned up every area where he worked. And he explained all the problems that were occurring, so that we fully understood what he was doing and why. Also... we have two very young and inquisitive cats. Ader worked around them and was extremely patient with them. Cats will climb into anything they can; he anticipated this and covered up all the open vents while he worked, to make sure they couldn't go "exploring"! High marks for his service and knowledge!

Ader arrived right on time, did the jobs, and cleaned up afterwards.

I had a little trouble nailing Ader down as he had other jobs. However, once he was on the job, he was very focused through to its completion

He provided a quote just about the same day he did the estimate. They coordinated with the electrical company and scheduled work very quickly. This was such a relief since we had already waited 3 months for the previous contractor(who stood us up). Helping Hands Electric were on the job on time both days. Despite the challenges, they were very efficient and very professional. The quality of the work was great. He even put in a light fixture by the panel. The overall price was very reasonable. I would certainly use them again and would recommend the company to anyone.

We'd had 2 other electricians come to bid the job, but Helping Hands seemed to be the one who was most capable of thinking out our problem and solving it, which he did do. We were very happy with the work done.

It was a complicated job and took a longer than expected and was a little more expensive than expected but they explained this was a possibility given the age of the house/wiring. My desire when retaining Helping Hands was to coordinate a long list of minor plumbing, painting, drywall, insulation and other miscellaneous tasks without needing to call separate professionals for each. The owner, Ader, is an electrician who is quick and knowledgeable. He also does other small tasks proficiently like toilet and faucet issues. When tasks are larger and outside is specialization, he refers to a subcontractor. I need a lot of interior wall painting, window finishing and drywall repair, so Ader refered to a drywall and painting professional he subcontracts to. I am very satisfied with the talent, cost and honesty of Ader and his subcontractor.

The work was fine. They did a very good job.

I had wiring in my living room that was up to code when I moved in, but no longer was. He did researched himself and got the appropriate parts to make it safe and bring it up to code. He was wonderful to work with! I was very impressed by the research he had taken upon himself.

We had three different light fixtures to be fixed. He arrived on time and did fix all three of them, but one already broke again. He also measured a broken window and promised to fix it, after a week of hearing back I called and asked if he was going to come back and fix the broken window and he promised he would call back soon and give a date. Two and a half weeks later I am still waiting to hear from him.

Gave us an estimate, Came back a few days later and completed work. Very quick and responsive.

He was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing. He corrected the problem and cleaned up afterwards. Since I was a member of Angie's List, he also give me a discount.

The cost for this work was exceptionally low and his work, conduct and communication was exceptionally good. I eventually relied on him to monitor construction work that was being done by other crews. He had our interest in mind and politely pointed out flaws or difficulties in other work that we were unable to identify. We eventually used Ader as a foreman to run multiple projects including sheet rock/plaster, fine woodwork and general carpentry. He contracts with and oversees high caliber crews. I would give him the highest rating.

Once I got through to Ader things went smoothly. He was very professional with his work. He ordered the necessary parts and installed them in under two hours. The Angie's List coupon helped with the cost.

I was very impressed with helping hand. After finding out about the company on Angie's list, we contacted Ader for a quote on installing six recessed lights in our family room. Ader promptly scheduled an in-house quote for the project and offered us several great ideas on which type of lights to install and how to place them throughout the room. Upon approval of the quote, Ader quickly scheduled the installation and completed the fixture installation in one day followed by two days for the patch work. The lights look great! I would highly recommend Ader to anyone and plan on using helping hand for future projects.

Really well. Ader was punctual, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. To top it all the price was among the most reasonable I have seen.

We initially called Ader to get an estimate to install an inexpensive ceiling-mount lamp. He was willing to give us an estimate, but discouraged our choice for lamp, as he thought it would not look good nor would it provide optimum kitchen lighting. We allowed him to give us an estimate for recessed lighting and pendants. About a week later, our kitchen ceiling light conked out, so we decided to get the job done right away. Lucky for us, Ader was able to begin the work in about 4 days. He spent the first day rewiring the ceiling and placing the holes for the 6 recessed lights. The second day he installed the recessed lights, and three pendant lamps. Remarkably, he came back two times afterwards to repair the holes made in the ceiling and wall, down to the texture that we already had on the walls and ceiling. He is very detail oriented, professional, respectful and quiet. He worked alone, and arrived on-time mostly, but on one occasion came later than we expected. He did call to inform us that he would be arriving later, and this did not pose any problem for us. Overall, we are very happy with the results, and especially with his suggestion that we try different lighting for the kitchen. It looks so much better with the lighting suggestions he made.

Ader ( pronounced: A-dare) was awesome and we will be calling on him for help with future projects. He came to take care of one thing and when we saw how well it went we just kept the jobs rolling to take care of some things we hadn't gotten around to. The original need was for a grab bar in our shower as I worked through rehab for a knee replacement. I was worried in that there was not a lot of wiggle room about where it could go, it was dicey figuring where the studs were behind the fiberglass unit, and mistakes would have meant repariing the epoxy finish over the fiberglass--not a fun job. Ader got it just right. The lights were a snap for him. The flooring job went fast and looked really professional. The water filter took a little longer than expected since it was his first time installing that type, but he adjusted his charges downward accordingly. The filter has functioned as desired-no leaks or issues. Ader is great to work with. He is very meticulous and communicates well about scheduling and the customers' desires and expectations. His standard of quality for each job he undertakes is very high. He is willing to take on a range of tasks, but is especially at home as an electrician. I would recommend Ader highly to friends and others without hesitation.

Ader was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded very quickly to our call. We made an appointment for an estimate, had it in a couple of days, and he began working a few days after that. He stays in touch, asks the right questions, and cleans up when finished - who could ask for more? The final results were beautiful! I can't believe we lived with such poor lighting in our bedroom for so long. We were extremely pleased with the results. Ader initially fixed a ceiling fan and replaced a door nob. He then took out an old fan above the stove. He then had to rewire the outlet to support the microhood, including placing another fuse. He then built a cabinet and stained it to match our existing cabinets. He installed the microhood.
