He was prompt, professional, and fast. Very pleased.

I had some trouble reaching them at first - the owner injured his back and was swamped. He came out to provide an estimate for the service upgrade, and while he was here he fixed one outlet - the wire had actually burned. Two electricians were at the house for about a day and a half. They were excellent about explaining everything they were doing, and provided good advice on what had to be done for safety reasons, and mentioned other issues that could be put off. They managed the permit and inspection process, no headaches there. I watch what was being done and can say the work was done well and with care. I mentioned I may do some of the issues we put off myself, and they offered to advise me via phone.

I felt he did an excellent job. We were very happy with what he did.

It was a great experience. They were very fastidious while they worked, and they did an excellent job with the repairs.

I got them from Angie's List. Overall, it was good. I like their price for the quality of work, and work to completion. The job was done at a reasonable price. I always had a problem with their responsiveness.

I scheduled an estimate for a Saturday morning. Helping Hands called late Friday morning to postpone the appointment to several hours later in the day, and they were still a little late. After he came out and reviewed the work required he said he would email me the quote that night. I got a call on Monday asking when I would like to schedule service and I had to explain I would not schedule service without the quote. It took until Thursday to get the quote and then it seemed very high so I had another company come in and review the work. Their quote came back $75 cheaper, and when they cane back and preformed the service, their bill was $100 less than their quote (half what Helping Hands quoted me).

My expectation was that I would be getting an estimate from this, but I have not gotten anything from them, even after calling them. I even had gotten a response from them telling me that they would be giving me an estimate.

He was polite and hardworking. I gave him a B only because I could not understand why no upstairs switch could be installed.

Ader called and informed us that he was running early, and asked if it would be ok if he could come over a little earlier than scheduled (we were happy to oblige - no waiting around all day for a service call!). When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional, and did an excellent job. We would definitely use him again.

I can not say enough about the quality of work that Ader does. He is VERY detail oriented and really takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any work.

Ader was very responsive. The lights in our kitchen went out during the weekend. I called and left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Given that it was the weekend, I didn't expect that I would hear back from anyone so quickly. Speaking with him about the problem right away gave me a piece of mind over the weekend. Not only that, but he was able to come to our home that following Monday morning. While the problem seemed to have resolved itself over the weekend, when Ader arrived, he still did a thorough check on our electrical system. In addition to checking our electrical, Ader was also able to answer some questions and perform some quick fixes for us while he was here. Great service and very responsive. I would highly recommend his services. He is definitely our go-to electrician now.

Our repair went very smoothly. Once Ader showed up and had a chance to look at the situation, he explained to me in detail what would need to be done to make sure everything was installed properly and up to code. He then had to leave to purchase the hardware needed to complete the job. After an hour or two, Ader returned and completed the job. Since this repair happened during winter break, both of our kids were home and Ader did a great job working with and around them.

Worked in a timely manner, and vacuumed any dust that was created . 5. All work was done with a high level of professionalism. 6. The price was a reflection of Angie's list big deal coupon. I was particularly impressed with the high level of politeness----very refreshing. I am pleased to have more light in the utility room, and the new outlet is a welcomed addition.

He repaired and replaced old wiring and wired in a new dishwasher. He was pleasant and courteous.

Scheduling was a bit of an issue, but otherwise job was done with care and detail

The guy was really nice and he seemed to know what he was doing, but he had sort of a follow-up problem and it seemed like he maybe got swamped by the Angie's List deal and so it took him awhile to get back to me. When it was time to do the work it's like he did part of it but didn't quite have what he needed to finish and then he was going on vacation and had to come back later to complete it. He did finally do it and I had asked him to come back to give me a quote for more work and he never followed up. I think it was a good price and the quality of his work seemed to be really good.

I had a very outdated 100A fuse box and small SQ D panel. They did a good job of removing and replacing it with a new 200A electrical panel, meter socket, weather head and wires to meet new code regulations. They helped me answered questions on how to apply for a building permit with the city on the electrical upgrade part. I wanted to fill out the permit myself because I also had to apply for remodeling other parts of the house. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The service went very well. Helping Hands arrived on time and explained all phases of the work being done. We were very pleased with the attention to detail.

Nice on the phone, showed up on time, wore little "booties" in the house (until I told him wasn't necessary), professional. Helped creatively trouble shoot in an economical fashion a porch light switch I'd hated for years; moved it off of a motion timer to a programmable switch (GE 15313 ~$20 at the Depot). Finally I can leave the light on for the pizza man & Christmas choraliers, yet also not be bothered to turn it off myself when going to bed.

I called twice before i got a call back.Then he called back and said he would call me the next day.A week later he called and left me a voicemail saying he has been busy so if I could be patient he would call me again in a week.Never heard from him again.

The representative got product information before coming, and brought a replacement in case it was needed. It was needed, and he was able to replace the fixture without making another trip.

As other reviewers have noted, Ader is pretty much a one-man shop. When I contacted him to set up an appointment, he was juggling several other jobs and it took us about 4 phone calls to finally get an appointment set. That's why I rated him down slightly in responsiveness. However, in all fairness, he always answered his phone or returned my calls promptly, and he was up front about his situation. Once the job was scheduled, Ader showed up on time and performed the work very professionally. He clearly takes pride in his work, from making sure all the measurements were correct to neatly packing excess wiring into the fixtures and switch box. I appreciated that he explained some helpful things to me, such as how to re-adjust the height of the pendant hights after the cords finish stretching out and how to micro-adjust the dimmer switches after I change one of my fixtures to dimable cfl bulbs. After the job was complete, he did a good job cleaning up. I felt his price was very fair, but I don't know enough about electrical pricing to judge that it was "excellent." He will definitely be my first call when I have more electrical work to be done.

This is the 2nd time I've used their services and it won't be the last!
