 + -1 moreIt was poor. There was a problem with accessibility of my funds and they charged me $150 in over draft fees and were unwilling to reverse the fees. The mistake was on the part of a company not my part.
Description of Work: They handled my checking and saving accounts.

 + -1 moreI was concerned that I would have to jump through a bunch of hoops, pay fees, etc. But it actually went very smoothly. No fees. No home assessment requirements. No surprises-other than there were no surprises!!! I have been doing business with Heartland Credit Union for years and this is typical of their service. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: I needed to renew a home equity line of credit.
