They did a great job! When setting everything up they were very responsive. On the day they came to clean I meet them at the house to go over everything I wanted done and they did everything I asked them to. They were very easy to work with and did an amazing job.

We love Green Planet. They've been cleaning our house twice per month for the last year and a half. Maria and her team do a wonderful job. They are hardworking, friendly and trustworthy. I have two toddlers and Maria has no problem changing cleaning order to accommodate nap schedules. I feel great knowing my kids aren't being exposed to harmful chemicals I'd recommend Green Planet Cleaning to anyone I know.

I gave them a B for punctuality because they arrived about a little later then the agreed appointment time. They were very responsive to email and were good to work with on the scheduling. I've been having Green Planet cleaning my condo for quite a while now. They are always punctual, and always do a good job cleaning my place. There are occasionally things left behind (a glove, jacket, or cleaning towel), but it's not a big deal. Additionally, whenever I need to make an adjustment to my schedule, David is prompt to reply and can always accommodate my request. While nothing negative has happened for quite some time, back in the distant past when something did (scratched plastic shaving mirror to be very specific), David was very easy to work with and took full responsibility, which was all I could ask for.

Three people came over and performed the work. They dusted, cleaned 2 and a half baths, cleaned the kitchen, vacuumed and washed the floors. The job took an hour and twenty minutes. The house looked good when they were done.

House looked much nicer! They were able vacuum in tight spaces that are hard for me to reach. Followed special instructions about products to use that were not standard, but required by warranties. Friendly, got right to work and finished promptly.

It turned all right. They were actually quite a bit late. They should be on time and if you say that $99 covers four hours and they should not raise the amount on that and it should correctly reflect what they are doing.

The Green Planet workers did a great job! The condo was very dusty from the floors being refinished and other work being done. The whole place sparkles now. They worked very hard and were thorough. I appreciate how clean everything is, even the oven. We're all set to move in now. Thank you!

It was very simple to schedule, I was very pleased with the responsiveness. They were on-time, although I was communicated a different window of time at first and then sent a confirmation with another. Luckily, it worked for my schedule. They had a 3 person team come in and told me how that would break out in terms of hours. They communicated that well. They weren't quite as thorough of a service I hired previously that put in 15 minutes less. Perhaps that happens if you have 3 people since they're more prone to chat. But they were generally speedy so I have no complaints there. There was unfortunately scratching from scrubbing the surface of my stove that wasn't there before which is disappointing. Not everything was dusted so they weren't as thorough as I hoped but they stayed for the time that I expected. You get what you pay for and overall I'm satisfied. I'd hire them again but wouldn't be my first choice.
