Description of Work: I've used Green Planet twice now and always VERY satisfied with the work completed. I have a pretty tall order for what needed to be done and everything was completed above my expectations.

Description of Work: I asked them to clean my kitchen cabinets and replace the shelf paper. This is not what they normally do, and the three women had not been informed of the job prior to arriving at my door. I ended up cutting the shelf paper for them, not a problem, but could not do it fast enough to provide all three women with shelf paper, so there was actually a lot of wasted time in which they were waiting for me to give them the paper. It would have worked much better if just one worker had arrived for the three hours, instead of three for 1 hour 20 minutes. I was pleased that they did not break anything, but they lost the order of the objects, and I spent hours after they left rearranging what they had put back into the cabinets so that I could find my glassware and foodstuffs again. I spent additional hours cleaning the cabinets that they never got to. This firm did a great job cleaning my porch last spring, so I would hire them again for that task.

Description of Work: Essentially move out/move in cleaning. The house had been professionally cleaned a few months prior but this time was to have the house ready for the new owners to move in. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean--better than any of us expected. They performed the regular cleaning and light fixtures within their reach. There was one problem with the gas stove the owner took care of immediately. Would definitely use again. My husband was very impressed, and working in service industry he is critical.

Description of Work: Work performed was very good. Workers were very good. However, I only talked with the service owner via the phone and did not receive any follow-up after the service was completed. No check on my satisfaction. No attempt to schedule additional service.

Description of Work: We had just had wood flooring installed in our entryway/living room, hallway, kitchen and dining room and before putting back the personal items and decorations, we wanted a thourough dusting of surfaces, ceiling fans and tops of frames. The 3 ladies who came, introduced themselves, made sure they knew what I needed taken care of and then went right to work. I had to work the night shift that evening so told them I would be in my room but not to worry about making noise - I can sleep through most anything! I awake several hours later to a spotless living space, without any lingering fumes you often find with traditional cleaning products. They were so quiet and left our home so clean. First time I have ever used a cleaning service and I will call on this company again !!
