Description of Work: The two ladies showed up toward the end of the arrival window. One spoke english. They did a fine job. I was impressed by the vacuum cleaner they used. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Three people came to clean, their arrival time was supposed to be between 2-3, they called at 3 and said they were on their way, but didn't arrive until 3:45. Two of the people did great work, the third not so much. I may use them again, depending on the cost and my need.

Description of Work: Purchased 4 hours of housecleaning for $99. Asked them to do as much as possible in that amount of time. Did a great job on bathroom (especially tub which really needed it). Were a few areas that didn't get done (floor in front entry way and one bedroom wasn't vacuumed) - it's my understanding from follow up with owner that was because they ran out of time. Overall, happy with the service and good value for the special price.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house. Not so great. They are not all that thorough, leaving behind, spiders and cobwebs. They push funrniture around to get under things, which is a good thing, but they are very rough. They have broken two items and rarely put the furniture back into the place where it started (e.g. a lamp on a table might be smushed up against a wall). They also do not dust all the tables. Although the crew is nice, they speak Spanish and understand little English, making it difficult to communicate any particular cleaning needs.
