It went very well. The two women worked hard for 4 hours and were eager to please.

A very nice job was done on the floors and laundry room, but kitchen cabinet facings were cleaned only to a certain height (i.e., high cabinets and cabinets over stove ignored), and a poster in a glass frame was broken and laid on my hearth when I arrived at home. No mention of this was made on the summary sheet.

It went well. The 2 girls were friendly, very efficient and thorough.

I've used Green Planet for a number of years and am totally satisfied with its services. The cleaning crew works steadily while at my home and is able to clean thoroughly within 45 min.-60 min.

They knocked my filtered water faucet loose which caused flooding under sink and kitchen floor. Then they ran out without saying anything. I had to get a plumber to fix it!

I have them come monthly for 2 hours (if 2 people) 1 hour and 20 minutes if 3 people. They can clean my 1200 sq ft condo so that it sparkles.

They were very personable, but the cleaning was iffy. They didn't seeem to look at or feel surfaces to determine if there were areas that needed extra "elbow grease" after they had finished cleaning. I found this especially on counter tops and hard surface floorings, tile, hard wood... I would frequently find sticky areas left after they had gone. No matter how many times I asked them to call me as soon as they became aware that they would be late, it didn't happen. If they called at all, it was when they were on the way. Well, I am disabled and therefore am pretty much just at home except for doctors appts, grocery shopping and misc errands. I had to arise early to be ready for the world and have the surfaces cleared of my unfortunate clutter, medicines, cat toys etc. in order to be ready for them to clean. It affects and intergeres with the structure of my day when they don't arrive on time. They already ask for a full 1 hour window for arrival. Even so, they would frequently be late. When I asked them about it, I find that they were well aware that they were not going to be at my house within that 1 hour window at least half way through that window. Yet, they leave me here waiting and wondering. Now, if you are a working person and not home when they come, this part won't be an issue for you. I am no longer with this service, because I accidentally learned that the owner of this business often schedules the employees for 10 to 14 hour days, taking advantage of what are most likely undocumented employees. When I communicated my dissatisfaction about this to the owner, he "fired" me as a clent. The other issue I had with them was that regardless of whether they had a three person crew or a two person crew, they were always "done" with my cleaning in 1 hour and about 40 minutes. Clearly, they were not doing the same job of cleaning consistently, but that is all the time the owner allotted regardless of the crew size. So, if you're desperate for some inexpensive, inconsisent cleaning, you could give them a try, but I wouldn't recommend it. You really do get what you pay for.

I paid for 6 hours of cleaning and I asked for two cleaners. I specifically emailed and talked with the manager about the two cleaner request. On cleaning day, a three person crew showed up late and left early. I had in the past paid for a 4 hour clean and I received a good cleaning. The 6 hour clean was the same as the 4 hour clean in terms of quality and they only cleaned for 5 hours vs 6 hours. I would not hire again.

From the start, I was very impressed with David's responsiveness. By the end of the day that I purchased the Deal on Angie's List, he sent an email to start the conversation about what date would be best for me. I can tell he is someone who really cares about his customers having a good experience. Due to a mistake in scheduling, the cleaners never called to have me meet them on the expected day, and when I called David to find out what happened, he apologized immediately and offered to add extra time onto the four-hour Deal. It wasn't a problem for me, so I rescheduled for a couple days later. Lulu, Sintia, and Mary called to let me know when they were on their way and they arrived at the apartment shortly after me. They were friendly and attentive when I pointed out things that needed a little extra TLC (the oven!) and what they could ignore (the basement and any closets). When I came home after work, there was a lingering smell of cleaning solution but nothing overpowering. The kitchen looked great. Thoroughly cleaned counters, sparkling sink, they had even scrubbed my lime-y dishrack pan! And the oven has never been so clean in all the time I've lived here! I was very, very happy. They also dusted all the shelving, dressers, etc, and made up the bed. The master bathroom shower was cleaned, although it seems that maybe there wasn't enough time left to really scrub all the soap scum out. I don't count that against them, though, since I asked for special attention on the oven and boy did they deliver there. Thank you, ladies!

Went well, we have booked them multiple times. Good experiences each time. Arrived on time and asked about areas we wanted to focus on. Efficient cleaners and their cleaning products don't leave lasting smell.

They were not thorough the second visit but on the first instance it was very good they did the job very well; If i'm going to use the company again, have to give more explicit instruction for the job

David responses on inquires were prompt and quick, which is very helpful. Contacted the company before purchasing the deal on Angie for short-notice scheduled service. Scheduling went well, and was able to have the house cleaned on the date requested. Two cleaning ladies came to the house, equipped with cleaning supplies required. Glad they also have portable vacuum cleaner, which made their job efficient for hard to reach area. They did the job, left a paperwork, and the house is clean. Saved us from headache of cleaning the house after traveling.
