Green Planet Cleaning

It was hard to communicate with the cleaning staff which made it difficult to get want i wanted out of the service. Where they cleaned it was good. For $300 i would like to get what I really wanted, but just what the staff usually does. I would not use them again, as I am in search of a better overall fit. With that said, I wouldn't say don't use them...they may work out fine for someone else.

It went very well. Although we were not a current client, they scheduled an appointment for 4 hours of cleaning on very short notice. Scheduling was straightforward and staff was friendly and professional. The appointment went exactly as planned. We were very pleased. Based on this experience, we would recommend their services again.

I have the highest of compliments for Green Planet Cleaning. The two women who cleaned my house were amazing. The house has never looked so great. We bought our home brand spanking new, and it still wasn't as clean as when these two left. They lift up things to clean, clean behind things, and around things. The smallest details were not overlooked. There were some tricky spots in my home (I have an 9 year old son, a shedding dog, and shedding cat) like behind our bathtub and our glass shower doors that I was never ever able to figure out how to get clean, but were spotless. I'm not going to lie, I didn't want my family to spend any time in the house afterwords, because I wanted it to stay that clean as long as possible. I highly recommend them. We are going to have them come every other week to do this work. I couldn't be happier.

This was the first time we ever hired professional cleaners in the three years since we bought our house. We were absolutely thrilled with the results. With two cats and a toddler, our usual cleaning regimen was just not enough anymore. Two women in three hours managed to get our house cleaner than we had realized was possible. When we got home we just went from room to room jumping with joy. We were particularly excited with how clean they got our kitchen and bathrooms. And they got the house clean without causing it to smell like harsh chemical cleaners, which we appreciated. They were pros all around, being conscientious about our cats and following our instructions for how to lock up the house once they were finished. Well worth the money and we will definitely be using their services again.

The company have been cleaning my house for almost 5 months ( biweekly). I had experience with 3 different teams and they were all great. Lulu, Allyson, Maria and the other girls have always impressed me by their hard work helping me making my house a home. Having 4 little children, my house gets messy easily and still, the house looks sparkling new when I get home after their cleaning. David Skupas is always attentive to the costumer and have been always super helpful, working around my ( sometimes crazy) schedule, even in the busiest seasons of the year, like Christmas and New Year's Eve. Friends recommend me this company and I also recommend it!

The staff arrived when I expected, 3 women today. They worked efficiently and did what I asked them to do, clean in living room, dining room, kitchen and bath. I have had Green Planet clean in the past before a family gathering and look forward to some regular scheduling when I get a better organized schedule for myself.

They get to work right away and do a very thorough job of cleaning. The best house cleaning service out there, believe me I've tried a few and no one comes close.

I was underwhelmed by our experience with Green Planet. Although my house definitely looked and felt cleaner each time they came over, I felt the rate was a bit high given the amount of work that was actually performed in our small, relatively tidy house. More importantly, the staff who performed the cleanings did not really convey the impression that they cared about my home and, perhaps consequently, the cleaning lacked attention to detail. For example, they never managed to thoroughly dust visible surfaces in the house (e.g. tops of dressers, media console) -- even after I mentioned this to David -- and they did not consistently vacuum the rug on our indoor porch, even though this had been specified in our initial agreement. They also never cleaned the second kitchen sink where we put the dish drying rack, even though I always made sure the rack was free of dishes before they came so that they could easily move it out of the way. I felt like the Green Planet staff did the minimum required to be passable, but didn't go above and beyond to notice and address what needed extra attention. Each month, the team left behind a "checklist" of tasks performed -- which I think was supposed to make us feel satisfied with the thoroughness of their work -- but it was always filled out hastily just before they left and it felt more like a pro forma gesture than an actual documentation of what had been done. The cleaning staff never exchanged more than a word with me and didn't seem invested at all in the work they were doing. I realize that cleaning houses is not a glamorous job and I don't necessarily expect these employees to be "sweeping with a smile," but I also would like to have a relationship with the people who are cleaning my house month after month -- because communication is important in making sure this kind of job is done well, and because they're acquainted with the most intimate spaces in our home. All in all, I felt like it was worthwhile to have our house cleaned but Green Planet was a little disorganized and not extremely attentive to detail. Since Madison has so many green cleaning services, we will be giving a different business a try.

They were very easy to work with and accommodating with my schedule. They were able to come on relatively short notice, arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning.

It went well. There were a couple areas where they didn't get everything, but it was a big job and I'm a perfectionist.

Always superb. Show up on time. Efficient, Thorough. Good with alarm, dogs, and valuables. The only cleaning service I will use.

Two women showed up right on schedule. They wasted no time in tackling our house. Very professional - they started cleaning and never stopped until it was done. The house looked perfect. I have since used them again to maintain the house while it is being shown to potential buyers. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Extremely well. Able to turn off and re-arm house alarm without problems. Did not disturb pets. Everything was cleaned very well, nothing was broken. Details attended to. Great job! Best in Madison.

It went very well. I am not sure what their secret is, but I could spend an entire day cleaning and never get my house looking as clean as these folks did in under an hour. The price was very reasonable. I have no complaints.

The home had very little furniture and was vacant, but very clean to begin with. I was disappointed with the service provided. I discussed my expectations with the owner during a pre-scheduled walk through. He was very responsive and professional during all of our conversations. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was surprised that they were going to be doing things like wiping out the empty cabinets (this was actually a recommendation from the owner). When they left, I was disappointed to find several areas that were missed, window sills with dead bugs in them, etc. The crew also did not address some of my specific requests. I did receive a follow up call from the owner on 12/28 regarding the service and he did offer to send another crew out or discount the service. I was not interested in another crew coming, but have yet to receive follow up regarding the discounted service.

It went extremely well. I was pleased with how much they were able to do in the two hours and they did a wonderful job cleaning each area.

Green Planet Cleaning does an excellent job. This is the second time they've come and both times we've been consistently amazed with the speed with which they are able to do such a great job cleaning our house. The team is very friendly and professional and flexible, which could have been difficult around the holidays. We've signed up for biweekly cleaning and look forward to working with them on a regular basis.

THE TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID A SPECTACULAR JOB. EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE PRESENTED THEMSELVES VERY WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

The women were thorough cleaners. They cleaned places I had not asked them to, I assume this is part of the service. I was especially interested in getting the floors clean as we have visiting babies coming for Christmas. We have cats and dogs and the dust and fur was considerable. Green Planet managed to get it all in areas they worked on. I will have them come again. There had been a scheduling mixup, caused by me and they were able to send the cleaners out with less than a day notice in busy holiday time. I appreciate them working that out with me.

They were on time. 3 ladies. Worked efficiently. They were able to complete the whole house in the time allotted. They missed a few things but all and all I was pleased.

We had a excellent experience from the beginning. The owner was very responsive. The two ladies who cleaned were punctual, professional, friendly and very thorough. We will have them again.

Exceeded my expectations - a 12 on a 10-point scale. In six hours they did a ton - completed all the things I asked for and then some. House did not stink of cleaning products when I got home, it just LOOKED great. The grand finale: there was a big ugly streak on our stainless steel dishwasher that I have not been able to get off, even with stainless steel cleaner. Green Planet did it, somehow! Thanks - will recommend you to others.

The cleaning team of three arrived when they said they would. I had knee replacement surgery so needed to be home while they cleaned, and that did not seem to be a problem for them. They were very efficient and professional. They asked if there was anything in particular that I needed to have done and did it. They did an excellent, thorough job. I've scheduled Green Planet to come again and highly recommend their services.
