Description of Work: Three people came out for 1 hr and 20 minutes. They had not even started cleaning the floors or dusting. The did a good job on the two bathrooms, although they scraped the finish off one of the bathrooms. The also scraped the finish off the inside of the microwave. Either they used something too abrasive or too much muscle power, not sure which. They stayed for another 20 minutes, without charging, to rush through and partially clean the floors, vacuum and dust. I think they would have been more efficient with two people for two hours. I sent pictures of the poorly cleaned and dusted areas, even crumbs still left on the kitchen counter and dining room table.

Description of Work: The cleaning was fantastic. The ladies were professional and extremely hard working. The four hour special was not enough time to do a complete job and they requested another two hours. The house sparkled when they left. |The firm did request a change of time which was fine with me. This was requested well in advance. The cleaning ladies also called to say that they would be a little late which again was fine with me. But others on a less flexible schedule might find this difficult. |The company has not charged me yet for the extra time and so I did not respond earlier. At this special rate, this was a good service for a good price. The normal price is above what I am able to spend. |I would highly recommend the firm for the efficiency and quality of the work. The cleaning was outstanding.
