I can’t recommend Floor 365. The design assistance was mediocre at best. Poor follow through in communication and completion of work. Many delays and excuses.

Unfortunately, we’ve have a very negative experience with Floor360 for a bathroom tile install. Not only were there issues with the quality of the work itself, but also with the timeliness of communications, the number of repair visits needed to complete the project satisfactorily (at best), the mess left my the installation crew, and a lack of reimbursement. Further, after the tile was completed, we just found out that no professional shower door installation company is willing to install a shower door because the floor was prepared improperly. The process has been exceedingly frustrating, and the issues seem to be never ending. For the price of the materials and labor, working with Floor360 was not worth it. I would not recommend working with this company and their contract installers for any project. The issues we dealt with are enumerated below: 1. A hand-made concrete base was made to account for a frameless sliding shower door in our slab-on-grade construction. Unfortunately the custom mortar shower base and floor were finished with improper grade and angles, and multiple shower door installers have seen the site and told us they are not able to install a shower door because of the floor grade. (See attached Photo A). 2. Visually, the corners of the window trim and niche look terrible. They are made with a metal trim because a bullnose tile was not available. The cuts in the metal are rough, and were never filed down. The installation looks crude, and you can see the burs of the metal. The ‘solution’ by Floor360 was to paint the grout lines with white nail polish.(See attached Photo B) This finished installation looks unprofessional, and I can’t believe they consider this work to be proud of. 3. The installation crew and installation manager had to come to the site TWICE to review and resolve unsatisfactory work. The first time they returned to resolve extremely visible issues with the grout in the shower walls, and cracking and gaps in the floor tile grout. (See attached Photo C) This was an unfortunate hassle, and delayed our temporary occupancy permit. They had to come again in the following months because the final grout cleaning was insufficient, floor tiles were stained by the dark grout (they didn’t use grout release), the caulk in the shower corners was peeling drastically in a short period of time, and there were gaps in the floor tile grout. 4. Items #1-#3 alone merit a poor review, but unfortunately there are other miscellaneous issues that soured our experience. We were charged for KERDI board that was not used in installation (but were reimbursed when we brought to their attention.) The installers left black handprints all over the freshly painted walls, and we were told we would be reimbursed for the cost of repainting – but that has not yet happened. The installers also broke a bag of mortar in front of the house, which then got tracked into the house. Between the unsatisfactory quality of the work, the inability to install a shower door, the mess made, and the funds that have not yet been reimbursed (the work was started in the end of 2017 and it’s now June 2018) – we cannot recommend working with this company.

Description of Work: We have used Floors 360 for several large projects including design and installation of flooring and tiling in a house that we built. Everything that they did was excellent! We could not have asked for better service. Autumn and Scott are absolutely great to work with. I would go out of my way to use Floors 360 in the future.

The on-site measurement was timely and quick. Our order was initially placed in late December 2013 and we were advised install would be in 2-3 weeks. Actual initial install was late January. The initial order didn't include enough tile so a second order needed to be placed. We were told there was a mis-communication with the supplier and the second order of tile didn't arrive for another 3 weeks. The installer then finished the 2nd of 3 walls but the grout lines did not begin to line up in one of the most visually prominent areas of the kitchen. The installer needed to return 3 times to finish the job correctly so the grout lines were consistent in a corner. During the re-work communication from sales and customer service at Floor 360 was very infrequent. For the quite high price we paid I expected much more in a quality install and in customer service. The showroom and selection is fantastic the final finished product is wonderful but unfortunately our overall experience will not have us returning to Floor 360.
Description of Work: We elected to use Floor360 for a kitchen backsplash due responsive to pre-sales assistance and the number of tiles available to view.

They did an excellent job! It was a very complicated job, but they took the time to do the tiling correctly.
Description of Work: They installed porcelain tile with epoxy grout in our screened-in porch.

We removed the oak flooring ourselves to cut costs and agreed to replace the trim on our own. Picked out tile at the store. Very happy with the selection and the tile that we selected. Price was a bit high but very happy with the tile. Installer was on time and punctual. The problem is that he did not do a very good job installing the tile.. Some of the cuts on the tile were poor. The edge along the wall has huge gaps that the trim does not cover. Shortly after the installation one of the tiles at the base of the steps became loose. The grout cracked and the tile was coming out. Called the company to repair it. They again were on time and punctual. However the same installer did a poor job of fixing the tile. He was able to get the tile out without a problem. Probably because he did a poor job of installing it. The replacement tile was installed. The problem with it is that it does not sit flush with the other tiles. Now we have an entry way that has a tile that sticks up. I can feel it every time I come down the stairs and each time it reminds me that I will never hire Floor360 again.
Description of Work: Purchased porcelain tile for front entry to replace oak flooring. Installation of underlayment surface (ditra) and tile. Floor and trim removal and trim replacement not done by company.

The experience started out very good, however the overall result/installation and response to our concerns was very poor. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. Worked very hard to ensure that items were on time and correct. However with flooring installation, the sale is only a very small part of the end result. Installation is the real measure. We unfortunately got a dud of an installer that was provided by the company. We soon found out our sales person did not provide the necessary details and the company does not stand behind their workmanship. The primary tiled area was 1000 sq ft of 12 x 24 porcelain tiles. The grout lines were promised to be very close together. We bought very good quality tile as we were told this was possible. Mfg recommends 3/16" They were not.. Worse yet, all the grout lines varied in width. They range from 1/8 to 3/8". This may not seem like much, but when installing tile it is huge and noticeable. We immediately told the installer, (who told us professionals do not use spacers...but he should have!) Now the floor looks poor in our opinion (and since we are the customer, and the one paying for the installation...isn't that the important opinion) Of course we were disappointed to see the final result. A floor easily visible, varied grout lines. Tile in one bathroom included stone pebbles. The grout was put on too heavy/thick and the stone was pushed down and hidden, it looked like a big black blob of grout. When they came out to look at it they blamed the stones and grout (of course not the installer). We have had to make it look better by scrubbing the grout down so the stone is visible. Other concerns, were the installer leaned the 65 lb boxes against the wall, leaving multiple dents and marks; he splashed grout on the newly painted walls around the entire perimeter (trim did hide some); the excess grout was just dumped out the front door. Immediate signs to us that his workmanship and care for our home was poor. How Floor 360 handled our complaints was a sign of their lack of customer service. We were passed around for a couple of weeks, then a field rep came out, took pictures, and started with the excuses.... it is the tile, it is the grout color, it is the sub floor. The owner finally came out 6 weeks after our initial complaint , and had a whole new list of excuses. In his own words, our home was a good installation job, and he does not know how they could have done any better. I guess that comment sums it up for anyone looking for to have tile installed. If you want a mediocre, acceptable job, they are the ticket.... but if you want a highly professional well aligned installation, look elsewhere. The experience started out very good, however the overall result and response to our concerns was very poor. The sales person was very helpful and friendly.
