+ 0 moreWe love Bonnie and the work she does. She designed and installed our garden 10 years ago and we consult with her every year to add fun stuff and keep the garden heathy. I never thought I’d be an avid gardener but thanks to Bonnie I love it. As I read these other reviews I wonder who they’re talking about - not the Bonnie I know!!

Description of Work: I was wanting to fix up my front yard a little bit. She came over and looked at the job and gave me an estimate of $1,700.00. I mentioned the price to her and she started offering a "friend" price and discount if I did some of the work. I removed juniper bushes myself that I wanted her to remove. Her team came over and I helped them plant the plants. I did almost as much work as they did. In the end it looked okay; but when I asked her about the price she sent me a bill for $500 OVER what we had already agreed to. In the end I shouldn't have paid her but I went ahead and did and I would not recommend her to anyone.

+ -1 moreI had a terrible experience with them. I approached her in January and fired her in June, so she wasted a tremendous amount of my time. She wanted to charge me $50 an hour to answer an e-mail. She told me that she would show up numerous times and put together a plan, but she did not. I disliked everything about her. She was not professional, she did not answer my questions, did not show up on time and her bid was twice as much as the person I ended up getting. She did not know what she was doing and wanted to put a toxic chemical on my lawn and I live by a lake. I questioned her about doing that with a runoff and she told me that did not think that she knew what she was doing. I ended up getting a university person out here and he told me absolutely that it would have polluted the lake. She did not do any work and did not even start.

+ -1 moreIt went great! Scheduling for yard work may depend on the weather.
Description of Work: I have had Fertile Earth Gardens work on my yard several times, and each time I have been completely happy with the results. They have weeded, neatened, mulched, and added stone borders to my garden, not to mention providing excellent advice and also tolerating my rather haphazard garden "design." (I don't call it the Garden of Trial and Error for nothing.)
