We had a variety of work for them to do and they did it well. One of the jobs required crawling around in our attic and they came prepared - a hazmat suit and respirator. That may sound extreme but for me that's a plus because it tells me they keep safety in mind and take care of the little details that others are likely to skip over. The work was well done and they were careful to clean up after themselves.

Engelhart was able to schedule the job quickly. They showed up exactly at the time stated, every day. The price bid was reasonable and 20% below one of the other estimates. This job involved removing and replacing an unknown about of old knob-and-tube wiring from a 120 year old house, so it made a difference that they gave me a not-to-exceed price for the work. Engelhart found a lot of old wires that had to come out, but got the job done on time with hustle. It was also a nice touch that they vacuumed up all the dust and put all the furniture back on job completion.
