We hired Elite to take care of a yellow jacket nest in our siding. They sprayed and it looked like the problem was solved. Upon returning from vacation a week later, we found a number of dead/almost dead bees in a bedroom. I called that day (Sunday) and Steve replied to me that afternoon. They came out the following day and not only took care of the one nest , but located other ones and took care of them too. They did not charge me. Very happy with their service.
