Steve was great ! - prompt communication made visit setup easy - he arrived on time - friendly and clean while inside and outside of my home - thorough job on the outside including knocking down some cobwebs to ensure he could treat the area I will be using his services again when I need bug or pest control and highly recommend him and his company!

Excellent service! Steve got back to me in just a few hours on a Friday afternoon and was here on Monday afternoon. He was fast and friendly with extremely reasonable pricing.

Steve, the owner, inspected the outer perimeter of the house, and found 2 places where the mice were or had entered the house. He also inspected the areas inside where we had evidence of mice, and made recommendations as to how to prevent their entry. At my request, he set 2 bait traps at the 2 entry sites, and asked if I would like him to recheck them in 2 weeks, which we scheduled I also mentioned a problem with ants in the kitchen and bathroom, so he offered to spray the perimeter of the house for ants as well. I appreciated being asked what services I wanted, rather than being told what I needed.

We live in a wooded area near a conservancy so wildlife is everywhere, but the mice were getting in our garage and basement. Steve was quick to respond to our call and did not require a contract like so many other companies we called. We also liked that he would come out and check the house and plug all openings where mice could enter. He also understood our concern for our indoor pets and did not suggest bait use in the house. Steve is knowledgeable, thorough and careful and found signs of mice in our attic too. He blocked entrance areas, set traps in the basement and attic and put bait boxes in the garage. We had him come out once a month for a while to check traps and bait. Right away we saw a huge improvement and now mouse activity is nil. Steve also sprayed our house this fall for Asian beetles and this is the first fall/winter we didn't have those darn things in the house. Steve is careful, polite, prompt, professional and his prices are very reasonable. I recommend him highly.

I called on Monday he was here on Wednesday ( Tuesday was a holiday) He Identified the problem and treated what he could as it was raining at the time. Came back later the same day to finish the job. So professional and patient with answering all me questions.

Excellent! Steve is very courteous, knowledgeable, very conscientious, friendly, and very experienced. He totally gave us peace of mind. We had mice living in the wall. He did a thorough inspection of our home and did his necessary work to eliminate the entry points of the mice. We had no contract or extended plan to sign like the big companies. We had made about 5 phone calls to the other companies and did not get a phone call back. Steve answered right away! Wow a live person, how nice not to leave a voice mail. Peace of mind is everything when it comes to pests. I was stung 17 times and had to go to the urgent care facility in Lake Delton, WI. He was very professional and actually listened to the entire situation before going and looking at it and evaluating the situation and then took care of it. Very happy with his services and will use him exclusively and will tell my clients about him.
