Description of Work: We hired them to replace all of our blinds in our home. The sales person stated we could get them done by Christmas and that someone would call us to set up a date, we received no call so we called them. We set up a time in January but when they came to install it was not our complete order one set of blinds had not come in. Also one of our blinds was not correct. A couple of our blinds did not close properly so we had them re-ordered. We finally did receive all of our blinds but we still feel some do not close properly.

We were going to go with drapes and curtains but were introduced to cornaces which have worked out great because we are not loosing all the light in the house, but it still provides some color. The sheer curtains complete the privacy concern, but still allow in enough light.

 + -1 moreTHE IN-HOME SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE DESIGNER (CLAIRE) HELPED US WITH THE SHADE CHOICE AND COLORS. LEAD TIME WAS ESTIMATED AT 4 WEEKS, BUT BLINDS ARRIVED IN A WEEK AND WERE INSTALLED A FEW DAYS LATER. PROBABLY COULD HAVE SAVED A FEW BUCKS WITH A COMPETITOR, BUT THIS WAS A REALLY PAINLESS AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: MEASURED, ORDERED AND INSTALLED MINI-BLINDS FOR KITCHEN AND THREE BEDROOMS.

OFFER SUGGESTIONS.
