Description of Work: If this is Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning, they are nice, prompt, and professional guys. If you have any stopped up drain such as the sewer drain in my basement, it won't cost you $400 for weekend/overtime/and travel time. They charge somewhere between $79 and $99, and were so nice, check a couple other slow drains for me too. He arrived on time. What can I say except in most clogged drain situations you don't need and expensive plumber. Call them instead!

+ -1 moreI can't give enough kudos to Brij. He is very professional and left no stone unturned in diagnosing the problem. After he left, we commenced with determining if and where any vent pipe obstruction was located by running water into one of the roof vent pipes as Brij had instructed. Oops. Water began dripping out of the master bedroom ceiling light/fan. A panicked call to Rooter Cleaners had Brij calling us back with more advice. So, after determining there was no access to the attic space over the master bedroom, a bit of ceiling drywall was removed and one of the homeowners went in to clean up the mess and find the problem. The problem turned out to be a capped vent pipe that should have been connected to the vent pipe that exits the roof. This was the case for both roof vent pipes. Problem solved! Or so we thought. Showers were taken, toilets flushed, laundry done and after a couple of hours, we began to smell septic gas inside and outside the house. Peeyoo! Another call to Brij to discuss what might be the problem. Maybe another vent pipe in the attic that has no exit through the roof could be the culprit. So, the next morning, Sunday, back into the attic to check. No luck. But, showers still need to be taken, toilets need to be flushed, and laundry needs to be done. So we did all of that and no further problems with septic odors. And for us, the best part is that Brij called us around noon to ask how things were going. That is the epitome of service above and beyond what he had to do.
Description of Work: Our toilets began to bubble up in a random fashion. Research on the internet pointed to an obstruction in the vent pipes that are part of the plumbing. A call to Rooter Experts/Drain Cleaners on a Saturday morning brought Brij to our home in less than 1 hr. He listened to the explanation of what was happening and his initial diagnosis was an obstruction in the vent pipes. But, as a precaution, he checked for an obstruction in the drain pipes in 2 of our bathrooms, checked for evidence of septic back-up into the house, went on the roof to identify and look inside the vent pipes and also checked our holding tanks. The final diagnosis was an obstruction in the vent pipes. He explained how to check for and remove any obstructions.

Description of Work: We had a sewer line from our house to the street that was invaded by encroaching tree roots from the park next door. We had Rooter Experts out and on the first two occasions, they were able to push through the root. On the third occasion, they suggested that we needed to replace the pipe or we would continue to have problems. They scoped the pipe and were able to pinpoint the exact location where the problem existed so that we could minimize disruption to the yard, remove the compromized piece of pipe, cut back the root, and put in a new section. It was a huge job and involved taking up a garden and part of a brick walkway. Their work was neat and professional, their workers were polite and personable, and it was all done in a day.
