verify pricing before. We were charged additional $100 for Sunday fee even though night before when I agreed to having it done on Sunday instead of Monday they said we would charge regular weekly price. other than discrepancy in pricing the work was great.

I'm thankful for them for clearing the roots out of my septic line. If not for them, my whole basement would of flooded.

He does not keep his promise. He does not call back when he said he would. does not show up when he says he will. I diagnosed a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. said he had it fixed. The next day, the same issue. I tried for a week to get him back to fix the problem. He made promises he did not keep. called another plumber. He was at my house within 2 hours and within 15 minutes told me my drain was not clogged. I needed a stodder vent . He installed a new vent and I have had no problems. It took me 3 weeks with the help of Home Advisor to get my money back.
