Very trustworthy and experienced.

Tech arrived on time, was courteous, neat, pleasant and completed the job in a very timely manner. 7/26/16 I again hired Dr. Rooter to install a new toilet. I called on Monday and the tech was there the next day. This was not an emergency but it was treated with urgency and the job was done very well. Dr. Rooter is now considered my GO TO PLUMBER and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and anyone who is looking for a plumber.

Problem was weak flushing of old toilets, They replaced 3 toilets with new ones I purchased. Had to wait a few days for them to come out to install the new toilets. They worked quickly and stayed within the quoted cost. Took another two days before they came back with a bigger truck to take the old toilets and the empty boxes from the new toilets.

They were quick, fair priced, and explained what they were doing. I'd use them for any plumbing issue again!

Came on time, didn't take long to clear drains.

These guys came out on easter I was very surprised anyone was working god bless them they were able to get are bathroom working again thank god we had are whole family here. We will recommend this company to everyone and definitely use again if need be !!!

They came out in the middle of the night and did a great job clearing are line. We have a finished basement and it was filling up with water these guys are lifesavers we will recommend to Others and thank you very much John and Dylan.
