They were very fast getting in touch with me. They came out the same day (Sunday) with no extra charge. We had tried to open the clog ourselves with a chemical drain opener, with no luck. John knew right where to go and got the clog opened up from the basement pipe. He was very nice, courteous and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional- Took a bit longer due to a frozen main cap but was able to complete the job and drains are clear! Thank you for prompt service.

Came to fix my problem shortly after I called. Was very nice and answered all the questions I had. Did not make me feel uncomfortable when I watched him work.would have him come again. Reasonable prices.

Professional. Prompt. Great work and customer service! I came home to a disaster in my basement when I discovered sewage in my basement shower. Dr Rooter contacted me late in the evening 5 minutes after my request for services on home advisor. I was happy to get the call and set up the appointment the next day. Dr. Rooter showed up and completed the job fast. I was pleased with work.

Cleared clog from upstairs bathroom sink after clearing discovered clog in downstairs bathroom sink. Downstairs clog discovered when effecting repair on leaky connection. John was very friendly, engaging and determined. Provided all options when initial clog would not clear. Fortunately did not have to resort to more expensive options.

Great and friendly service. My only disappointment was the cost seemed a little high for the work that was done. Great job, just would have like to see a lower price tag based on the short labor hours (15 min from start to finish) and ease of the job.

John assessed the situation, and before jumping into taking apart the sink and disposal, tried a trick that instantly cleared up the clogged drain. Then he showed us how to do it for future reference. Saved us money and mess, and it only took a few minutes!
