i told john over the phone what i needed, told him my main was somewhat blocked and probably needed to be snaked, asked how much he told me 150 to 200 told me he would need to call his guy and would be here the next morning. he came spent 1 1/2 hrs including setup and take down also i helped with cleanup and after it was done he told me it would be 350. i had told him the person i talked to on the phone told me 150 to 200 but he said it was worse than he planed on. this is crazy when i told him what i needed and he did nothing more than that, they need to be upfront about cost and not do a job and then tell you it's twice as much, as i said was only ere 1 1/2 hrs total worked about maybe an hr if that, correct me if i'm wrong but who makes 350 per hr? this is bad give someone a price then when you're done doing it tell them it's twice as much, how does that work? i should of been told before he did the job if it was going to be more than 150 to 200. would no recommend this company to anyone cuz you really dont know what you're going to pay in the end.

They cleared a clogged drain and were very up-front about explaining what needed to be done, and why. I placed the call at 8:30AM and they were here by 11AM, done by 11:30.

Quickly solved the problem and good value for the money. Service was very pleasant.

They were at my home exactly as scheduled. Were polite, and informed me of all the options before they just went ahead and did it. They do not charge more just because I called in on a Saturday. The problem was solved in less than one half hour and they said they would come back at no charge if there was a recurrence within 30 days. Now that's a company I can believe in.
