We had a clogged kitchen sink that has been giving us trouble for the last year. Another plumber came and cleaned it our twice in the past year, but never got to the root of the problem. Dr. Rooter 911 tried an alternative approach by putting in a new access point so the pipes could be easily accessed and cleaned out more thoroughly. If it works over time we will be extremely pleased!! Very efficient and courteous service!

Two plumbers from Dr. Rooter 911, John and Eric (?), serviced our clogged kitchen sink within a few hours of our call. They worked quickly and efficiently and were careful not to make any mess as they removed and cleaned pipes. We were very satisfied with their work and quite pleased to learn that, like us, they are both enthusiastic parrot people! Would definitely have them back again.

I called at 830 am and was told they'd be there early afternoon. I had raw sewage coming up from by basement floor. They got finally arrived near 4:00. I was quoted maybe 200.00 and was charged double that. And they tried to take off with a pipe wrench that I just purchased cuz I was going to try to do it my self. The cap they replaced on one of the traps now leaks. I would not hire them again

We had a clogged drain in kitchen. They showed up in during the time he indicated they would. Fixed the drain quickly and acted professional during the visit. Would call them again if issues concerning plumbing is needed.

The Dr. Rooter service person was able to come the same day that I called to fix our blocked sewage drain. He took care of the issue quickly. The only reason I didn't go higher on the stars is because the service person meant well in vacuuming out our drain which he wouldn't normally do, but he asked to use our own shop vac. Would have be better if he used his own tools for that.

very hard guy to reach, service was very questionable. i had another plumber run a video, and i was present. Dr rooter told me i had a busted pipe, however my pipe is fine. not actually sure what the guy did, except for getting a quick payment. very unprofessional, receipt doesn't explain service performed.

They arrived promptly on short notice. They explained their work in detail and worked quickly and efficiently. I was skeptical about hiring any plumber on a wkend but their rates were very reasonable; in fact better than most plumbers' regular rates, I suspect. Highly recommended.
