They unclogged the drain with in 20 minutes

Made a repair to make future fixes easier since my house had original, and some unnecessary pipping. He also took the time to looked at my basement plumbing for the addition of a bathroom.

Crew was on time and performed the services needed to unclog my drain. He also offered some suggestions on how to keep drain from clogging in future.

They arrived at the agreed time and quickly verified my floor drain blockage area, in the sewer lines, under the basement floor. They broke up the obstruction and had everything flowing normally in a few minutes. Excellent service.

Called me to inform that the job before mine was going long and gave me an updated schedule.

Three years ago I had my basement drains unclogged / cleaned out. The company who did that removed three large garbage bags and told me I would need my drain cleaned out every 2-3 years due to a tree root issue. I had no issues for three years like the previous company said until this September the drain stared overflowing with waste again. So I hired dr. Rooter 911 due to them being available right away. I told them the issue with the tree roots and what the other company had to do. The worker came out when I was not home so I had my brother come to the house to be there with him. My brother said the guy was there for maybe an hour, filled one half of a garbage bag and then left and said the issue was fixed. Well two months later and now my drain is again overflowing. I sent an email and have left two voicemails for the company over the last fews days and have received no responses. I also just looked at my bank statement. We verbally agreed to a price over the phone but when my brother paid him with my debit card the charge was $50 more than what we agreed upon. Once again I’ve been trying to get ahold of the company to address the issues but no reponse.

Came on time and quickly took care of the problem.

Make sure that everything thing is cleaned up after the work. I found water that was not cleaned up which required me to clean the cabinet from the items that came out of the drain pipe.

He was here with an hour of getting the call back! Fixed out clogged toilet (kids flushed a CapriSun wrapped) quickly and without making a mess!! Great service!!

They came quickly and worked until the problem was resolved, even though it was a bit of a mystery. Thanks Guys!

Based on the work being done 2hours ago, I am pleased. This rating may better serve customers when rated after a couple of weeks rather than a couple of hours

John called us 5 minutes after he received my message. He was at our house within 2 hours. We did not only have a clogged kitchen sink, we also needed the main sewer valve cleaned. He knew it would have to be done the next day. He arrived on time. He and his "side kick" worked well together. They are very courteous and honest. We will never hire anyone else for our plumbing needs. His price was great also. Super good company. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!!!
