Dr. Rooter 911

Three trips to clear a sewer drain. Rarely showed upon time. Did not have the proper equipment to clear the drain. Charged more than first quoted and never did clear the drain. I had to hire another firm with the proper equipment and it took him 15 minutes to clear the drain. He also only charged one-half of what Dr Rooter did.

He was very good. The second part of the job did not work as he warned us. We did not like the fact that he made a mess on the white carpet with his shoes and tools resulting in my wife and I to clean the carpet fore almost an hour.He would have received 5 stars if he has shown respect to our property.
