Dr. Rooter 911

Dr. Rooter was the only company who could make it to my house the same day that my toilet overflowed. He said he'd be at my house at around 4:30. At 4:30 he called to say he was still working at his previous job, but would still get there. I asked if he would be charging after-hours rates and he said no. He finally made it to my house at 6:30, after working a 12 hour day. He fixed the problem to the best of his ability and told me what I needed to do from there. He then told me that because I'd had to wait so long, he wouldn't charge me for labor, just the trip charge. Would definitely recommend.

They called to tell me when they would arrive. The kept me informed and were timely.

I saw the truck in the neighborhood about a week before. I called them and they came right away.

Very Professional Very Honest

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Rooter 911 from start to finish. My plumber John came before scheduled time which I was very pleased. John was very professional and did quick and great work. Not only did John fixed my original request he also fixed another problem that I had. Overall excellent service and great work at a reasonable price.

Didn't finish job. Tub still not draining. Lack of ommunication not acceptable.

Charged $400.00 for one hour of work. Said pipe was plugged by roots - worst ever. But was done in one hour. Said it would be roughly $250.00 when he called.

He called from a 608 # which threw me off. I had a bad blockage in my basement pipes which was hindering me from washing clothes. The two estimates i got before John were $1,800 from a place calle flate rate (not), and $625 from another place. Dr. Rooter got the job done fro $380. i was mad that i paid so much for something he did in like 30 mins, but he save me a lot of money, and i wold use him again big or small plumbing job.

Overall they were great! Drain was cleared out on about 30 minutes. DR911 was professional and courteous... Only minor, minor cleanup was needed after. I definitely recommend them.

John came in looked things over and suggested a good way to fix the problem for good.

The plumber,John was very knowledgeable and kind. He informed me of what could cause the blockage and what it would take to clear it. He also explained how the system works and way it can fail. Very timley and plesant.

Called to say they were running late and called again when they were on the way,which was much appreciated.John and his partner Joe tried everything to clear our sewer line, which was a hard one to get cleared. They pulled all their expertise out and finally got the job done. Very professional and I thought the price was fair. I would recommend and use the service again.

I had to call on a Sunday. Arrived fast and was very professional. Cost was move than fair, especially considering what other plumbers charge on weekends. Would recommend.
