They were extremely prompt and arrived within an hour of calling. Our basement floor drain wasn't draining and they were able to unclog and confirm it was NOT our sewer line. I paid $134 for a 15 min job and for them to unclog a floor drain. Which is very expensive in my opinion.

I called them to clear a blocked sewer line. They charged me $450 but were unable clear the line and left a terrible mess. A few days later I rented my own pipe snake and cleared it myself for $90. I do not recommend.

We had a problem on a Sunday morning with our septic system. We thought it was a clog in our basement pipes but it was not. Dr. Rooter was the only 24/7 company that called us back. They came out and we quickly determined it was a clog in the septic system. They charged us only a minimal fee for coming out.

Was quoted $99 over the phone. They spent 20 minutes in the house and hit my credit card for $280. I called to discuss. They said they would follow up Monday morning. 8 days later still no call back.

I was having problems finding a plumber to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Was told by numerous contacts that no one was available for days to a week, got a response from a Home Advisor affiliate who said he was available to be at my home in 10 min. because he was in neighborhood. Showed up, did the job with no fuss and it didn't cost me as much as I've paid in the past for "emergency" service. Thanks, Home Advisor.

I appreciated the fact that the fellows that came to my home were very much what I would call “straight shooters”, not dressing the job up to be more than it was, while at the same time, informing me as to what realistically could and couldn’t be done considering the advanced ago of the sink and drainage system I needed worked on. Both gentleman that came to my home were polite, friendly, informative, professional, and above all else, fair with their charges.

They clearly communicated their assessment of the problem and how they were going to fix it, including a timeline for completion. This is an efficient team and everything was finished as planned.
