Our kitchen sink drain was clogged, and we needed help pronto. We were preparing for a big dinner party, and needed our sink working right away. John responded in an hour on a Friday night. Analyzed and resolved the problem in just 45 minutes. Very pleased with the speedy response!

He came right away when we talked with him. We paid $99.00 for a service call. He checked things and said he would have to come back with parts. We set up a time for him to come back. Shortly before he was supposed to be at our house, he called and said he couldn't make it. He would call later to reschedule. It has been 10 days and we haven't heard a thing. We hired someone else.
