My plumber, John, was totally awesome. He was very professional & nice as can be. He fixed the problem fast, too for a very reasonable fee. He also came to my house right away!

The plumber called and said if it worked for me, he could come earlier which was great! The plug was in the bathrub in an old building that has some kind of valve which made it more difficult to unplug. In a matter of minutes, he opened the valve without having to work through valve. His price was less that half of what a previous plumber wanted to charge. A very cordial man.

I called John at 6:00 AM never expecting a call back until later in the day. He called back 5 minutes later! He came a few hours later and had the problem fixed in a few minutes. Very pleased.

Very punctual and professional

The plumber left the basement a total mess full of debris. I had to clean it up myself with bleach. He also unplugged our water softener without our knowledge and didn't plug it back in. The drain was still clogged after the first visit. He had to make 2 trips to resolve the issue and charged me for both trips. He was 2 1/2 hours late for the second appointment. I will never use this company again.
