John was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and shared what he was doing (along with the cost) all along the way. I appreciate his expertise is locating the blockage outside our home, clearing it and providing me with information in the event we need to dig it up in the future. Awesome.

Too expensive. He was not prepared for the job, had to go and buy staff that he should have brought with him.

Had an emergency on a Sunday morning. John was extremely responsive and got here within 90 min of our initial call. He was spot on, fixed the problem and was on his way. It was pricey on a Sunday but didn t have a lot of options. Dr Rooter fixed the problem quickly and I d call on him again.

John did a great job! Courteous and friendly. Called to confirm time coming. Fair repair cost with his suggestions for future use on sink parts. I would recommend his services to others.

Great customer service, knowledgeable , up to date equipment, get right to work and fairly priced! Will have John do all my further plumbing!

John was great. Very professional. Took care of business at a fair price.

Came the morning after I called. Persevered until he solved all our problems, which were caused by a shoddy installation (by someone else). We did need to tighten a couple connections that leaked a tiny bit but overall very happy with his work.

Called at 9:00 am was told they would be there by 11:00 am they were on time and within 45 minutes my problem was fixed!!

When he arrived he jumped in and with out stoping . He got the job done.
