Very quick and knew what the problem was before even starting. Was done in 30 minutes.

Was told over the phone it would be $100 to $200. Was charged $254 for 20 minutes work.

I was afraid by hiring a non-local plumber my basement clog was going to break the budget, but, due to time constraints, I had no choice. What a surprise to get next day service, a quick resolution AND a low cost repair. Definitely will use again.

Arrived on time. Very courteous and efficient. Drain unblocked successfully. I would recommend John because I think he is very honest and his prices are fair.

Dr. Rooter was the only business recommended by HomeAdvisor through this search. Team was very responsive and seemed eager to acquire our business (unlike non-HomeAdvisor businesses that did not return online contact requests). Situation has not been entirely resolved due to the extent of the problem; but crew was very thorough in explaining the problem and next steps. Team does not have camera to visualize site of blockage/pipe disconnect in sewer/storm drain pipes, but was able to determine approximately how far into the pipe the problem exists.

Very prompt phone reply on a Sunday morning. Was at our house and cleared the drain 3 hours later.I asked for a ball park figure over the phone and he did not exceed the amount.John was pleasant and easy to work with.
