John was very friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He checked the drain layout to make sure he would address the clog correctly. He gave us a magnetic card for future calls. I noticed the card shows a 10% senior citizen discount is available. Ordinarily I ask if a senior citizen discount is available. I forgot to ask but I'm pleased with the job and the price regardless if my bill included the discount. Thanks Dr Rooter, I highly recommend you . ð ð ºð ¸

Although he partially cleared the drain to make it workable he did not access it normally. He wanted to cut into our pipe rather than even look for the access point. I would not hire them again.

They tried to clean my clog but could not get the job done but had any problem charging $300. Said they would come back and try again and would not answer my phone call. I would stay away from this business. He also left greasy filth on my handrail and door.

Please never use this plumbing service Dr Rooter 911. I called Dr. Rooter 911 to fix my bathtub drainage problem, he fixed it but now my pipe is leaking in which he did not properly seal. He returned twice after the initial job and has not fixed my leaking pipes. I have been waiting for a month and it is not fixed, plus I was overcharged.
