The experience was great, just wish the price was a little less for what was done.

I do not recommend it. The plumber came to clear a slow leak in my kitchen sink. He blew out the line in the basement with a water hose. He said the problem was taken care of. Later that day, I went to do dishes and the sink filled with water after 30 seconds of running. I called and he was to come back the next day mid-morning. He never came and I have left messages but no return calls.

I had a backup of my floor drain in the basement. John arrived on time, introduced himself, and was very informative throughout the appointment. He even gave me tips to help avoid my problem in the future (tree roots clogging the pipes). He took his time and ran a bunch of water from various sources at the same time to ensure I had open pipes again. I am so thankful I can use water in my home again! Thank you, John!
