John is the best. Very knowledgeable and responsive when you contact him. He goes out of his way to make sure you get your plumbing issues resolved. We had basement plumbing issues and John guided us through the repair process required to correct and eliminate the water that is flowing to the basement walls. So glad we called Dr Rooter 911 and got John.

No complaints. Came in, cleared the drain quick, and didn't charge much. Would recommend.

Very quick and vert nice. Cannot really rate value for money because I donâ t know average cost to fix a clogged pipe.

Plugged kitchen drain. Called, and very quick scheduling and attempted repair. Found defective galvanized vertical drain pipe leaking into basement. He gave very rough estimate for repair and asked me to call for follow up appointment. Spoke to him once when calling back, but he asked me to call back to schedule, as he was on a job. I attempted contact several times, but he did not call back to schedule. This is what I would call **ghosting** For whatever reason, the plumber chose not to call back-- he had my number as the first job was ineffectively treated and paid for, but he chose to not follow through. I have since found another plumber to repair the defect.

Contacted the company at 9:30 pm on Thursday evening and they were at the house by noon Friday to fix the emergency repair. Could not use the bathrooms or kitchen plumbing.

I got a quote from Home Advisor the company said it would be $150 to $200. The guy that came out originally said 7/21 at 5pm then canceled after 5pm. So the next day he came out fixed the clog and charged me $262. I was already not please but hey, my sink worked. Now 8/12 and I go to reorganize under my sink and everything is wet and the cabinet is ruined on the bottom since the sink has been leaking every time since 7/22. I call late at night 8/12 and he tells me he will call me the next day by 10am. Well it is 2:30 and he is not answering any calls. I will have to now repair my sink as well as replace the cabinet due to poor and expensive work.
