Very fast response time, great communication, and reasonable rates. The only complaint from us is they wore their boots in the house and left a mess behind from clearing the drain.

Dr. Rooter 911 responded immediately to our call and made an appointment to come out on the next day. He called to notify us that he was running late on a previous job but would come when job was completed. Upon his arrival, he apologized for the delay and began to work readily to onclog the floor drain. We were pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the job and will recommend his work without any hesitatation. Thanks for coming to our rescue!!
