I could not be home and he was condescending to my wife. Over the phone he stated $100 to $150 unless there was difficulty then it is going to cost more. I was ok with that. He comes in, uses his hand as a plumber, and in 3 to 5 minutes is done for over $200. Not pleased.

Good fast service, didn't over charge me. He quoted me a price on the phone and that's what he charged me. Nice friendly guy, will recommend ð

The kitchen sink drain appeared to be unclogged, however later when I used the disposal it backed up again. John was supposed to come back on Sunday night to fix it, but didn't call or text to let me know he couldn't make it. He came on Monday and repeated the process without charging me, and everything appears to be fine now.

The guys went right to work. They did a great job. They also fixed the plumbing under the sink. I would hire them again!

We would hire them again if needed. It was a Saturday when our drain was clogged. John came right away and it did'nt cost any extra being a weekend. Thank You!

Had them come in to look at why my dishwasher was not running (thought we had a clogged pipe). They found no clog, fixed nothing, and told me I needed a new dishwasher while charging me $200 for his time. I called a appliance repair man and he came out. He almost immediately found a giant piece of food debris stuck in our air gap (that the plumber supposedly checked) and amazingly the dishwasher has worked fine ever since. The plumber (and apprentice) that showed up we are nice to deal with, but how they missed such a simple thing is beyond me.

They were timely , quick and professional .

When I inquired I received a call back within one minute and that was at 10 PM on a weeknight. The crew was here first thing in the morning and I had no problem paying for the work they did. They were very reasonable and solve our issue, all within about 10 minutes.
