Keith Barnard is the manager of Dirty Footprints carpet cleaning. I use Grakei Home Services for general monthly housecleaning and love them, so asked if they did windows. Grakei does not, but they recommended Dirty Footprints, which is a carpet cleaning company that also does windows. I didn't meet Keith or anyone that washed our windows because he got a key from Grakei. The price was very good, quoted over the phone -- $5 per window, $10 per set of patio doors, indoor and out. We waited for a sunny day, and they did the work a few days after my initial inquiry, which was great. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the work and called Keith about it when I got home. He explained that he does the outside windows from the ground with an extension pole, and did not remove any screens. My windows tilt in, but he didn't try that, nor remove the screens. Therefore, none of my windows with screens were washed on the outside. Additionally, there were some streaks and missed spots on the windows that were done. I think I got my money's worth, but I would rather have been charged twice as much and gotten truly clean windows that I didn't have to redo myself.
