+ -1 moreThey arrived at the time we agreed upon and steadily worked until the job was done. There was a plumbing glitch which was taken care of immediately. Jim wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the work done and he and his crew kept working until we were happy. I have already recommended him to several friends.
Description of Work: Dane Building completely redid a small basement bathroom in December. They had redone our two upstairs bathrooms in June and we were very pleased with the overall professionalism of his crew and the quality of the work done.. Totally redoing the 2 upstairs bathrooms was about 19,000 which was everything but new cabinets

+ 1 moreJim is excellent- he did a great job coordinating our project and staying in touch with us. His team is great, especially Tim, who was just great to work with. We had a few minor problems that Jim fixed very quickly. (as a first timer- I learned you need to clearly communicate what you want!) We are very satisfied with the project and it looks great! very professional. Also, he finished in 3 weeks, when he predicted 3-4 weeks. And, the bid was very similar to the final cost. I have recommended him to friends already.

+ 0 moreWent great. Stayed on budget and finished when they said they would finish. When problems did arise, they quickly remedied the situation. The end products was beautiful.
Description of Work: We used Dane Building Concepts last year to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring in the living room, repair/replace drywall, along with a bevy of other projects. Since they did such a great job, we rehired them to remodel all three of our bathrooms this year. Again, the work was exceptional, the price came lower than expected, and the crew was friendly and great at their jobs (Tim, Bill, etc). First and foremost though, Jim — the owner —is very attentive and is a true problem solver. Looks out for his customer's best interest not his own.
