Absolutely INCREDIBLE service! Rick came out the same day we called, gave us an estimate in the morning and was back to do the work that afternoon. He went way above and beyond what they had to do and was the consummate professional. He walked our entire roof (which is BIG) and noted any problems we needed fixed and also caulked another chimney that was in need and didn't even charge us for it. I would HIGHLY recommend his company for any type of roofing work... when we replace our roof they will be the ones we call.

Nick Cruz came out and looked at our home and gave us a timely estimate together with a thorough explanation. He scheduled the work within 2 weeks of our calling to accept the offer, and offered to advocate for us with our insurance adjuster. His crew was friendly and professional. They finished the job in 1.5 days and did a beautiful job cleaning up. Nick checked in with us before, during, and after completion, and was on site supervising on and off during the day. They swept the yard with a metal detector, and when they learned that our 3 year old plays in the yard without shoes, they swept a second time. We will call them again in about 5 years when our new house needs a new roof!

A neighbor recommended Cruz Roofing, so we had them come in for an estimate. The price was very reasonable, and they offered 30, 40 and 50 year shingles (and I think even longer, though we just opted for the 30 year style, thinking that roofing technology will likely change over time). The price included all of the usual, new drip edge, ice dam shield on the lower roof portion, ridge line vent, chimney flashing, etc. We also needed new gutters, and Cruz worked with the contractor we selected. We had very stormy, rainy weather and had to wait a bit for them to get the roof on; it might have been nice to get an update or two during those couple of weeks, but it was obvious why they hadn't started tearing off our old roof, so no big deal. We are very happy with the work overall, and have had a few rainstorms with the new roof with no problems!

We contacted Cruz Roofing and they came to give us a bid immediately (unlike other roofing companies who did not return phone calls or provide estimates when they said they would). The estimate was fair and we chose them. We worked with them to schedule a few weeks out. All in all, it took them four days to complete the roof. The crew was very professional and worked very hard. They cleaned up the yard, etc., nightly. At the end of the job, they raked, picked up debris by hand; it was spotless. The roof looks spectacular! Rick and Nick Cruz were extremely responsive, stopped in more than a few times to check on how things were progressing, and were very professional. I would highly recommend Cruz Roofing and Construction.

Our living room started leaking while we were in the process of selling our house. Inspection was two days away and we called Cruz's Roofing. Nick Cruz came the next morning, found the problem as well as another problem we'd noticed but hadn't done anything about it yet. He had a team of guys out there working by the afternoon. Three men worked from 1pm until 6pm (when they could no longer see and it was starting to sleet). They came back first thing the next morning and worked until about 11am so it took 3 men about 7 hours to finish. The inspection was that afternoon and we told the inspector about the leak so he specifically looked over the work that had been done. After his review the inspector commented that whoever had done the roofing had done a really fantastic job on the repairs. It was well worth the $800 to have a happy inspector.
