Fantastic! Highly recommend Cody at Critter Control of Madison. So professional and explained everything they could do to take care of the problem. Cody included photos of areas where I was having problems where critters could get into my attic. Very timely with the quote and getting the work done. Also did an inspection a few weeks later as a follow up to make sure everything looked good and checking on my satisfaction. Great company and Cody is a wonderful guy to work with!

My rodent removal technician was Cody Vacha with Critter Control of Southern Wisconsin. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and explained the entire process from start to finish. He used a humane one way gate to allow the chipmunks to leave my home prior to sealing up the entryways and potential entryways with metal and industrial foam filler. I would definitely recommend Cody and Critter Control for your rodent control needs!

Cody went above and beyond in helping solve the problem. Found and sealed all entry ways, came and emptied traps and was just generally very professional and friendly. Felt at ease with him and confident in his ability to help. He did an excellent job and if needed, I would definitely hire again,

Cody was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about his work! He took the time to answer all my questions and educate me about raccoon behavior and what to expect while trying to entice her to leave my attic. ( with her babies!) It took several visits to complete the task ( which is typical) and he then returned to fix the roof so we will not have this problem again. It was a pricey unexpected expense but it was worth it! We discovered the raccoon in the attic before she had time to do any damage to our home which could have cost much more . I highly recommend Cody’s services, should you need them!

My tenant spotted one dead mouse in the basement laundry room before leaving on vacation. I was living halfway around the country. House was uninhabited and locked up for a month. Cody, from critter control.com was incredibly responsive by phone and email, provided updates regularly, and got the job done promptly despite the intervening holidays, and it was all without having to fly home to supervise or to delay job until tenant returned. I’m relieved and pleased. Cody made it painless on my end.

Cody and his team were thorough and professional through the entire experience. They explained all of the steps they were taking and laid out good options to proceed and steps to take long term to avoid issues in the future.

Cody and his team were prompt in responding to our call and have attention to the product until the last mouse was caught. They followed up after to discuss strategies for prevention. We haven't seen a mouse since.

Cody was very professional and quick to get back to me. Called before the initial visit to let me know when he would be arriving. Took pictures and explained what he was seeing (which was what I suspected, a critter getting access to the attic). Gave me options of what they could do and let me decide and what worked for my budget. Two follow up visits were needed and I got a call the day before each one letting me know when they would be arriving. Both times the employee was super nice and took care of things pretty quickly. I like how things look and so far no raccoon has made an appearance again! I would recommend them to others and use their services again should a new issue happen.

He explained everything clearly through the process and I never felt like I wasn't aware of exactly what was happening. Don't want more pests but if it happens, I'm calling Cody at Critter Control! We put our trust in Cody, and Critter Control, to get the bats out of our attic. Once work began things unraveled. They crew repeatedly—as in 4-5 times—showed up without any notice to work at our house. Cody lied and said he had emailed, and then came up with an excuse about not actually sending the email. “Do you think Critter Control will show up today” became a household joke. After the initial work was completed we noticed that some roof vent covers were installed by simply screwing through the shingles on our very new roof. I pointed out to Cody that perforating an asphalt shingle violates every basic principle of roofing. Cody’s response was simply “this is how we do it”. I consulted with several roofing professionals and the manufacturer of our shingles. Everyone said that this was very poor practice and would void the warranty on the shingles. Here is an important lesson about Critter Control: it is not a local business! My concerns had to be elevated to several levels of their corporate ladder before someone at the top of the ladder, who we haven’t met, doesn’t even live in Madison, and has no knowledge of the project made the decision that this would be left the way it was. So now we are responsible for paying hundreds of dollars to have a roofer repair their poor workmanship. To make matters worse, we still have bats in our attic! A quick inspection of their work to exclude the bats found multiple obvious entry points that hadn’t been properly sealed. In the end, we have dozens of holes in our roof, still have bats in the attic, and are out $600. Look elsewhere to find a qualified, skilled, local professional to help you. Critter control is a sales-forward, low-skill, corporate franchise.

Great company. Cody and Chase did a very professional job of explaining services, being thorough with every step that they did. Always in close contact with me and always courteous and polite. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

This company was informative on the initial phone contact & throughout the entire process. Cody was our project manager and kept in touch weekly as we pondered what to do, waited for insurance, and proceeded with the work. Scheduling was efficient & work was done as promised. We feel confident they knew what they were doing & cared about fixing the problem areas so there would be no further animal entry. Very professional.
