We are able to take care off all book keeping needs; collect dues, pay bills, and produce financial reports. Our staff is able to do many handyman repairs around the property, but we will also meet with vendors to get bids for the board of directors.

Several times CMA has lost or misplaced bills from vendors. They poorly manager our vendors that preform work on the property. Board members often have to call vendors directly due to lack of over sight by the property manager. CMA generally will not obtain 3 bids for work to be performed on the property until forced by the board.
Description of Work: They provide property management services at my condo.
